The Source H2O has treated my family and me great. Their salesman was great and showed us their system without being pushy and only caring about making a sale. He was genuinely interested in our questions and concerns. Once the system was installed I was very happy with the water quality. I would highly recommend the Source to anyone looking for a water purifier.

I have had The Source H2O water systems installed in my home for the last 5 years and it is the best water and customer service out there! They even moved my system to my new home 30 miles away when I sold my old home. I just recently had the best customer service and wanted to give a shout out. I hadn't had my water serviced or filters changed in 2 years and the two reps that came out, James W. and Darryl W. were so awesome! I had a bunch of questions and they answered all of them and were so kind. They were both super knowledgeable and I felt very safe and taken care of. And the best part was after 2 years of not servicing my system it was still running perfectly!! It is also the best drinking water I have ever tasted!! They were also able to come out the very next day after I called. Overall this is a great company to deal with, they have the customers best interests in mind overall.....and the water....Fantastic!!

I am not satisfied with this company's customer service. There are hidden charges that they do not explain at the time of purchase and if your water is really hard then you will have to by filters more often then what they explain in the sales pitch. The system Reverse Osmosis product failed within the first year and the company wanted to charge us for the fix. It was one of there parts that failed and leaved water all over my kitchen. We were still within the 1 year warranty and it was extremely frustrating to have them come repair it. They also did not fully explain everything involved with this system and the maintenance of it. I would not recommend this company or its products. You will end up paying more than it is worth and have terrible service when you contact them.

The price, product, warranty, and financing were all misrepresented at the time of contract signing. When the salesman Jay walked in, he began with a pitch on selling me a six year soap supply. He claimed his soap combined with a free water filter system would outperform store bought soap and showed me a chart on how much money I would save every year. When it came time to sign the contract, suddenly I was buying the water filter and the soap was free. I rationalized this red flag because he explained that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. His words to me were "nobody has ever asked for their dirty water back"

The contract states three years supply of soap. I asked him why it wasn't six as he stated and he said it's three years for family of four and two of us live in this household. The contract stated I will be getting the Nero clear water system. What he explained to me was it's an ultraviolet system with filters and a softener. When installed It would come with a diverter spigot to bypass the filter for outdoor watering. We were also told the system has a lifetime warranty. Jay told us the payments would be $69 a month for 6 years because of my outstanding credit. I signed the contract because I felt he explained the vague sections fairly well.

When the installer came and put the filter in I asked about the diverted spigot. He told me that no such product exists and he wished the salespeople would stop saying that. Than I asked him where the ultraviolet filter was and he explained to me that the system I bought doesn't include that. As frustrating as it was, I again rationalized it with the 30 day guarantee. The installer used shark bite fittings to install the filter. Shark bites are a debatable temporary joint connection. Jay said it would be professionally installed.

A few days after the filter was installed Mistie came by with the final paperwork and first year supply of soap. She handed me a loan agreement at almost 8% interest and a total payoff amount of nearly $6300. Thoroughly confused I had asked her about the $69 for 72 months I was told I'd be paying. Suddenly the system costs approximately $1300 more than what I was told. I informed her that I have been lied to and I'm not paying that much for the system. She told me if I paid cash upfront the system would cost me around $5200. So I wrote a check, expressed severe discontent with the entire situation and decided to try the system and soap anyway because if I didn't like it, we could get our money back.Mistie wrote a list of our complaints to take back to her boss.

About three weeks went by and everyone in my house who had began using the soap had developed a rash. The dishwasher began to develop a haze, dirt was not coming out of our clothes. The soap they had provided was not performing well at all, and it caused physical pain. After discussing it with my girlfriend we decided that we wanted the system removed and our money back. Dara called and spoke to Miguel. She explained what was going on and he informed her that there is no 30 day guarantee offered. That didn’t make sense to me because why would someone buy a several thousand dollar filter/ soap supply they’ve never used without knowing if they would like it or be compatible with? She contested and She said he became rude and dismissive towards her. Eventually I came back from a work trip and called Miguel. I explained how the system was giving us a rash the soaps were less than effective and we were dissatisfied with the inaccuracies his employees had fed to us, along with the product not meeting expectations. Miguel apologized at first, explained how he had sent Jay to a "class" to update his training. I explained how That did not correct the problem, he had lied to us and we purchased the filter on false information. The lifetime warranty does not apply to the filters, there was no ultraviolet filter, the system was supposed to be just under $5000 financed. there was no diverter valve and the soap is ineffective. He began to over talk me, and Ignore my points. He took the time to explain how his system works and how many lives it has changed, but addressed none of my concerns. I felt pushed around and was given no options. Eventually he said he would send someone out to test the system, send me some fragrance free soaps and we would go from there.

The person who installed the product came out a few days after to test the water, and inspect the filters. He ignored the fact that the hangers supporting the water lines he installed less than a month prior had broken, and neglected to mention or address them. He explained to me that the system was doing its job and the water was fine. A few weeks later we received the new bath soap. We no longer break out in rashes but the soap is smaller and dissolves quickly. Miguel has not contacted me on the matter.

I am rejecting this response because: There is no proposed resolution, AGAIN! As I have already stated on more than one occasion, The Source has already done a system check, they found the filter to be working properly. The Source has continually deflected the core of my issue as explained In my initial complaint. The system, financing, and soap products were all misrepresented by the sales associate. My copy of the contract was vague and unreadable as I have provided it to the Revdex.com.

It wasn't until later (after the system had already been installed) that what we were getting was something other than explained. I contacted the company several times requesting a refund as we were told we would receive. They wanted to test the system first (which they have already). We then had a complaint about the soaps giving us rashes so they went against our wishes and sent us different soap. We have done it the companies way and done want they've asked, yet they continue to refuse to take the product back.

We have had out system for several years now and love it, especially our reverse osmosis water! Even our kids comment on how bad water tastes out of water fountains and at restaurants- we're all spoiled. We love knowing that we have clean water! Plus, the customer service has been terrific. Both Hannah and Darryl were great when we had to get our filters changed on our system last month, working with us on scheduling and not trying to oversell us on a membrane we did not yet need.

We have been fighting dirty (chemical) water for over a year, even to the point where we were getting sick from drinking it. Unfortunately our new house has the same city water as the previous place we lived. We decided to invest in the water filtration system and the difference is unreal. We can cook, clean, and drink the water finally without worry of getting sick. The install was easy and the follow up appointment answered any questions that arose. I would have to say being able to drink the water and the money we have saved from cutting down our soaps, cleaning supplys, and bottled water are the two biggest factors that make us glad we invested in this system. Highly recommended.
