Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is MrC [redacted] that is confused I am fully aware of the constitution and to whom it applies What is important to recognize is that the paper is a news organization and is provided protections others are not afforded regarding speech As a paper/news organization, it has a responsibility to be non-bias and be truthful in its coverage I as a resident have the responsibility to hold the organization accountable, of which the Spokesman Review has not been MrC [redacted] has a habit of removing residents from the social media platform any time he is challenged I will gladly escalate and bring these people forward to demonstrate how MrC [redacted] operates.Additionally, MrC [redacted] indicated in his response that I violated some rules Those rules were never presented to me If certain rules were broken, no warnings were given that continued violation of rules would result in the lose of privileges to participate MrC [redacted] needs to provide evidence that rules were communicated and that warnings were given before being blocked to participate.Or MrC [redacted] can simply restore the right to participate and post the rules so all within the social media platform are awareSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The Spokesman Review has not made any attempt to resolve the complaint MrC***, editor, made specific accusations that resulted in my being block from their social media outlet MrC [redacted] was asked to provide: Proof that the rules to participate were communicated Proof of communication that the rules were being broken or any warning to stop breaking rules would result in being block.MrC [redacted] is acting unprofessionally and his actions cannot be justified I expect MrC [redacted] to remove the block and restore my right to participate with the social media community Should MrC [redacted] continue the block, I will escalate to additional channels as I continue to attempt resolution with the Revdex.com Sincerely, [redacted]
