A great place to buy tile from, knowledgeable sales staff, warehouses look nice, I have shopped at all tioe shops in the st louis area, and thing I noticed is the warehouse in all storesThey are clean but you notice things like the sales people leaving trash on the floors, throwing boxes on the floor, and when the warehouse person ask them to pick it up they tell him they dont have time and it's his job anyway, I noticed how cold it is in the winter time and how hot it is in the summer, in the summer they have the doors to the outside that can open, but in the winter they dont really have heat I have been buying from the tile shop for over years now and just how they treat the warehouse, I wont be going back, there are other tile companies in st louis

In regards to the complaint, the customer was in my store on August 8, 2017 to make a return on a previous purchase. Two transactions were processed that day (-$63.56 and -$69.34 - copies attached) to be returned to the customer's Master Card. On Friday August 11th, the customer... returned, extremely upset that the returns had not been processed to his MC immediately. In accordance with our standard protocol, I explained that the returns to credit cards can take upwards of 10 business days to reach the account, as it has to be processed through a third party credit processing company (veriphone) and then through the customer's financial institiution. He told me that he would not believe that, as any other company he has done business with is able to process the returns within 2 business days. When I explained that there was nothing that I could do that day, I did offer the customer the Corporate Customer Service number, but he refused and stormed out of the store. Good Morning Revdex.com,   The complaint that [redacted] has against The Tile Shop should be expunged.  When the customer was here in the store to do the return, we processed the return for him and also had him sign for it.  I’ve attached the document showing his...

signature, amount, date, etc.  I have spoken with the sales rep that he spoke with when he had called back multiple times.  He was kind and professional with Mr. [redacted] each time; explaining to him that once refunds are done on our end, it all depends on how long the bank takes to process the refund back onto his credit card.  At no time was he told that he will not receive his refund for the return that was done.  He received his credit immediately from us.  I also emailed Mr. [redacted] explaining this to him.  If there is anything else that I can provide for you, that is needed for this complaint to be erased, please let me know.Thank you,Sean

Review: I returned $129.70 worth of tile to the Tile Shop. Tiles were purchased at this store and returned to store in [redacted]. I have a receipt documenting the return, however I never received payment/credit for returning the tiles.Desired Settlement: I would like $129.70 refunded. Preferably this would be in the form of a credit to my credit card. But I am willing to accept a check.
