We sent the payoff check to Toyota Finance back on 9/1/They lost the first checkWe sent another payoff check to Toyota Financial that was received by them on 9/29/Toyota is refusing to apply the payoff check because customer has changed last nameToyota Financial wants us to send them an odometer statement that is signed by the customer with her original name before they will apply the payoff checkWe have been calling the customer throughout the day yesterday as well as this morning, leaving her messages asking her to call us back to have this taken care ofWe are waiting for the customer to get back to us

We have processed her warranty cancellation and requested for it to be expeditedWe will notify her once the refund check is ready for pick up

Craig Cohen the GSM spoke to [redacted] about her concerns. She had to go through a special finance bank and our special finance manager is located in our Route 22 Honda building (our sister store). Her vehicle is certified and she purchased an additional Service contract. She will be in this... Friday for an additional key.

Customer has been provided tracking number for the second check, and has been provided with copies of the first and second checkThe payoff has been accepted as of today (10/13/16) because of customer providing us with odometer statementToyota Financial Services is going to remove the negative late payments on her credit report

Howard (Customer Relations Manager) and the General Manager Vlad as well as the General Sales Manager spoke with the customer and apologized for the error on our partThey made the customer an offerCustomer will make the decision and let us know

I am rejecting this response because:this is the first I have heard of this issue and this payoff isn't the only problem I have with the dealerThey contacted me during work hours which I can not answer phone I have requested proof of the first check tracking number that was so called lost and still haven't received which the dealer needs it to take off delinquency on my credit report which made my credit decrease by points !

We spoke to the customer and advised him that the best course of action is to follow Nissan's recommendation to try to fix the paint problems and if that would not resolve the issue then at least he will have tried their suggestion and then they can take another course of action. Customer does...

not agree and wishes to take this up with Nissan Corporate.
