Confirm** with our accounting department that we will have the customers check this Friday. ** C[redacted] call** and spoke to [redacted] and told him we will be giving him a call this Friday to pick up his refund check.

We sent the payoff check to Toyota Finance back on 9/1/16. They lost the first check. We sent another payoff check to Toyota Financial that was received by them on 9/29/16. Toyota is refusing to apply the payoff check because customer has changed last name. Toyota Financial wants us to send them an...

odometer statement that is signed by the customer with her original name before they will apply the payoff check. We have been calling the customer throughout the day yesterday as well as this morning, leaving her messages asking her to call us back to have this taken care of. We are waiting for the customer to get back to us.

Customer has pick** up partial payment of his warranty refund. Balance to be forwarded.

I am rejecting this response because: To whom it may concern:  I received word from you that Nissan Hillside would be reimbursing me for $938.75, and that the case was closed and that I didn’t have to do anything.  I have not received a check from them.  What should my next step be?  This has gone on for far too long.   After getting more work done on my car by [redacted] two months went by and my car continues to stall.Thank you.

Craig Cohen the GSM spoke to [redacted] about her concerns. She had to go through a special finance bank and our special finance manager is located in our Route 22 Honda building (our sister store). Her vehicle is certified and she purchased an additional Service contract. She will be in this...
