Called and e-mailed several times about order and got no response.Order #[redacted], I have emailed three times and called constantly over the past few days to make sure my order comes in on time and there has been zero response. No one picks up the phone or answers e-mails. I need my order for a special event this Friday and it was ordered over a week ago (10/19). Even the Order Status page on the website shows nothing! Now I'm down $140 via instant pay with [redacted], no costume for my own bachelorette party, and I can't even talk to someone about getting a refund! I feel like the whole website is a scam. Desired SettlementIf I can get my order before Friday (10/31), great! If not I need a refund ASAP. It would be great to hear from the actual company. Final Consumer Response Items have been delivered, I withdraw the complaint.
