Hi,
I would like to file a complaint against the district manager at the ups distribution center in Yorktown heights ny, mike (a last name was not given). This package has been in the que to be picked up for over MONTH! Yet, I was told mike would have it picked up on several occasions. The package is still where they left it. I started to notate all my requests with ups supervisors to assist with pick up, some of which were VERY unprofessional. Harriet disclosed that my package is less of a priority than others. There is absolutely no excuse as to why this issue has yet to be resolved and her explication is a clear indication that this package is intentionally being neglected. There is no way if I paid for shipping delivery, that ups would have my package waiting for over two weeks to be delivered so there is no excuse! I need this picked up ASAP and everyone involved fired! This complaint will be escalated if necessary as this is discriminatory!!!!

Sending a second request and complaint to that area. Someone should be calling me in an hour. (She noted the request wasn’t made in 5 business days) I noted a detailed note was left in my door refusing the package and it was disregarded. Once I got back home I called right away.

Spoke to Paul in my complex who states his supervisor said, he is not allowed to do pick ups. My package is still where they left it
