I have permanently deleted customer # [redacted] from our mailing list The catalogs are preprinted with the last one mailed the April catalog that should have delivered around March One or two more may arrive since they are preprinted I will follow up to make sure catalogs are stopped

We have processed a credit for Ms [redacted] for her items The shipping was credited on the 27th We will follow up to be sure the credit posts to her account According to [redacted] tracking the package was delivered on the 28th We will follow up with Ms [redacted] regarding the package

We submitted a request for credit on 10/to [redacted] Bank, who issues and maintains the Talbots credit card accounts I will send this to their escalation team to be sure Ms***'s credit is processed quickly

Talbots Merchandise Credit Gift Cards:*** and *** were applied to Talbots order *** and now have no value. Talbots will not contact a third party on behalf of Ms*** or any other customer in regards to merchandise gift cards

Items became unavailable on customer's order when our associate accessed to order to remove the reward that had automatically applied per customer request. Our associate should have called or emailed customer to let her know. We have added classic awards points to Ms***'s point
balance as apology. Manager spoke with Ms*** to resolve issue

Dr***'s web issues have been escalated with IT. Manager is aware of her issues and will follow up with her

We credited Ms*** $for the purchase of the two sweaters at $each. The credit posted to her Talbots credit card on 3/17/2018. I apologize for the delay in responding to her complaint. We emailed her on 3/and twice on 3/regarding the credit and have added
points to her loyalty program point balance. I have issued another credit of $as an apology. That should post in the next few days to the Talbots credit card
