Review: I had windows installed in 2011 One window will not close all the way. I have been calling them for the 2 two month and nobody has come no matter how many promise the gaveDesired Settlement: would like it fix

Review: We had windows installed by The Window Store in June. The sales process went smoothly and they were very prompt to cash all payments made. In August I notice a draft in a window. I proceeded to call the company and request service. I spoke to the Service manager who promised he would be out the week before or after Labor day. He never called or showed up. I have proceeded to call every other week requesting service and am promised calls back and get nothing. We invested a lot of money in windows and am are extremely disappointed with the follow-up service. They were very prompt at taking our money but fail to see any urgency in resolving our concern.Desired Settlement: I want the installation manager to honor the contract and provide service.



Our installation manager stopped out at the house when he was in the area and no one was home so he just ordered 2 new sashes in order to try to take care of the problem (we should have informed the customer of this fact.) When the sashes came in we went to install them and found out there was just a simple issue with the lock and showed the customer how to make sure the window is locked. We have subsequently tried to do a better job after new installations of demonstrating the operation of the windows to our customers.

I had The Window Store Home Improvements replace all of the windows in my house. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the product. The install team did a superb job and left my home cleaner than it was when they started. The new energy efficient windows have made a night and day difference in how much more comfortable my home is now. I should have hired them years ago!

Contract signet 08/28/2014. with approximately date of completed 09/28/14.I receive several phone calls from company with delay on a couple weeks. Finally 12/11/2014 I receive phone call for installation.When I am asking discount, for those delay -.offer to me $20.- /on a $5000.- project!!!!!!
Installed 2 big patio door with 20 degree outside sounds not good for me.
I decide do not give to company instal those doors.
Finlay 06/22/15!!!!!!!! After long time fight and prepay in fool !!!Delivered the doors ! And,... no surprise;forget one screen door.Plus all unwrapped ,and I have no idea if its all parts in.Second day of fighting for a screen .Call to a driver,office,-same result -standard answer- ''we call you back''.No buddy call !!!!!!

Review: We decided to buy/install new windows and a patio door to our entire home through this company. We have major leaks/drafts on almost every single window, along with some of the locks do not match up and lock properly. We also purchased a patio door in which is not sealed properly with drafts, leaks, and does not line up to lock. This makes for a big security issue for my family. I called them one and two weeks later to have them come back to fix the issues and one guy came out who seemed to have no idea what he was doing, and did a terrible caulk job around the patio door in which we spent 4 hours cleaning up after him... he also stuffed fabric in cracks and holes to prevent leaks (which didn't help) and said he was going to order new parts for the door and some windows and he would be back in about 1-2 weeks when the parts arrive. This I at least appreciated the attempt. I then called the installation supervisor and he said he'd take care of us in the next week. It is now 2 months since I spoke with anyone, and no one has came back. I have called and left messages, and no one has called us back. We are extremely disappointed. We were understanding at first, thinking maybe it's manufacturing issues on their products, but it's not just that... It's product, security, installation, repair, and customer service issues now.Desired Settlement: First Choice: We would like replacements on all defective windows and patio door that leak, draft, and don't lock properly.

Second Choice: If that can not be done, we would like something to change with what we owe on the products.



Company states that they are currently working with the consumer.



We are still not completely satisfied with the products/installation. We had [redacted] fix the patio door as best as it can be, but still waiting on new screen door. We also are still working with [redacted] on getting windows fixed. [redacted] has been very helpful so far and goes above and beyond. Hopefully we can get it all fixed and straightened out shortly.

Review: Last summer I referred a friend as part of their referral program. His windows were installed 12/13, but I've not received the referral bonus, which was detailed in writing. I called 2/14 and was told they were awaiting his full payment. I called 5/14 and was told they'd received payment and I'd have my check within the week. I've still not seen it. I've left 4 messages, none of which have been returned.Desired Settlement: Payment of the written and agreed upon referral bonus.
