ordered item for 6.95 shipping charge, was billed 54.50and 85.90 on credit card,not authorized
0rderd date 11/21/2018,was notified by usaa bank as fraudlent charges ,called company at 855-551-2382 to cancel account with in one hour they rufused to do so.Received package 11/21/2018. called them to get return authrization they wanted me to send packing list with their letter to receive rebate. I refused to open package because they would not accept open package for refund they said to write no packing list on rebate letter,in second call to them they cancelled account code #XXXX-XXXXXXXX. original order #XXXXXXXX waiting for reply, inital order was for 6.95 for shipping cost,sent usaa bank documents to contest charges on credit card they are not falling thru on process.

I was offered a free trial product if I paid the shipping. After completing the order, I was told that I agreed to an ongoing subscription payment.
This offer was made after I completed what was presented as an on-line CVS customer survey. I realize now that this is part of the scam.

After completing the survey, you're told you can receive a free gift for just the shipping fee. So I selected some skin care cream. After providing my credit card number to pay for the shipping to complete the order process, I was taken to an order confirmation page which showed I had two items in my order, one for the product I agreed to pay shipping for, and another product I did not order that they will bill me %54.90 for.

They go on to inform me that I can process a mail-in rebate for $50.

Then they tell me that by ordering this product, I have agreed to be enrolled in the Thermo Burn Club and that I will be charged $29.95 for monthly membership in this club.

I called the number provided to cancel the order and cancel the club membership. I was told that company policy did not allow for canceling the order or the member.

I told them I would complain the the Revdex.com and that I would put a dispute on my credit card so that they would not get any money from me.

I sincerely hope you can do something to stop this scam company from operating.

*** advertised about a $5.95 free trial for CBD oil. The advertisement was extremely long and on the order form, nowhere does it mention a charge for a $55 bottle in addition as well as a subscription commitment. It is only when receiving the receipt that it shows 2 charges as well as the information about the subscription. This is trickery and deceitful business practices. These people need to be stopped. I was tricked into and 85 plus charge and another one as well. I had to cancel my credit card and now have to follow up on the fraudulent charge with the bank.
What a hassle.
