Very satisfied with our service today. Ray, our technician was very nice and knowledgable. It was a pleasure to meet him. This is the 1st time I've used this company and I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. Will definitely use again.

Diligently worked to fix system. Found out that the placement of the ID bulb incorrectly installed next to filter. Checked all systems and replaced filter and capacitor.

Ray was my technician today. He was very polite, on time, and extremely helpful. He explained all the steps he was taking to get my house cooled off and thermostat fixed.

Justin did a great job for me this morning. Had a backed-up drain line from my a/c condenser and he quickly cleared it. Have used Jacob Bros. and now Thomas & Galbraith for years. Have never been unhappy!

The gentleman (believe his name was Tom) came out on a Sunday to fix my air conditioning unit was very professional and knew right away what the problem was and fixed it right away. I will always call them with any problems I have and recommended them to my friends and family.

I would give no star!!!! We called this company because of a leaking toilet that would not stop. We were well aware of weekend charges, but what to do with a leak on the weekend. We have a home warranty but we wanted it fixed today. We waited over two hours for a technician to come to our home. We had to shut off the main water supply and it’s our only bathroom. When he came he looked at the issue and said “ I won’t be able to get to that until Wednesday I’m a busy guy”! I was really upset when he said we owed him 150 dollars to show up and not do anything. He was only at our home for 5 minutes. He was asked to leave. I will not do business with this business again!!!!!

Never... ever ...consider hiring this company. I have had my new air/heat unit for less than a month. From day one, nothing but trouble. The unit was improperly installed. I have had seven technicians out... all sub - contractors ,who have told me a different story every time they have visited. The new air conditioner had a bent compressor, Another tech told me something else in the unit outside was bent as well. Water is leaking all over my basement, the unit was not properly installed outside...so it is leaking. The humidity level inside my home is 85% ! They will not replace this brand new unit or give my money back. They keep sending new techs out to fix my brand new system! They told me to read the fine print! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE ! I believe they merged with another company just as bad as they are. They do not honor their warranty.

Rod did a great job

The technician (Ray) was fantastic. He solved my A/C condensation drainage problem. He installed new pipe from the system to the floor drain, added a tablet in the system so it wouldn't clog again. That gets replaced each year when they check the system. And also suggested a water detection device/APP to warn us if this happens again, it also will warn us if the water heater should ever over flow. We decided to install it and he did an excellent job with that installation. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, a very nice, helpful man.
