Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They have done nothing than give me the run around for 7 + months now and are still unwilling to correct my bill. I would like to add this company has HORRENDOUS customer service. The only reason they actually called me back was because I put in a complaint in with Revdex.com. I was lied to and my valuable time has been nothing but wasted for 7 months trying to get in touch with them! This could have been easily remedied if they would have contacted me in a timely fashion. 7+ months is NOT a timely fashion. I will NOT waste any more of my time on this issue. So by them requesting any additional info is just not time worthy! More waste of my time. I will like to add I have been in touch with the DOE in ** and I have been informed sun run is under investigation for this exact reason and other reasons. They are blatantly over charging people and the Attorney Generals Office is investigating sun run for wrong doing, which I'm sure in a short time sun run will be brought up on charges for their deception and lies! In this last 7+ months I have called a Kathy 10+ times. Never heard back. Then I was passed to Kevin, which I called 6+ times. Then I was passed to Kaila, which I call about 5 + times. I also was emailing all of the previous reps I just mentioned many many times, with no return emails. I spoke to a Alicia at sun run. She informed me that sun run has kept closing out my case, even though the problem was NEVER resolved. Alicia Corazon is in the debt collection department. There should be NO reason to close out a complaint without sun run speaking to customer.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am not satisfied with how you handled this situation.  I received an apology email with no changes to my bill after three months of waiting for a response and threats to be sent to collections.  It was only when I filed a complaint with Revdex.com that you responded.
 
In my conversation with Mr. Donte Smith today, I also inquired about the referral program.  Only now do I understand that when my girlfriend,

referred me to you, she should have told you by calling you.  I requested that she receive a referral fee because she highly recommended you.  I'm glad I inquired about her because I just referred my neighbor last week and did not know to call.  This should be made more clear to your customers.
 
I still hope [redacted] will receive the referral. 
 
I called Virginia to make the final payment of $[redacted] today.  I do not avoid paying my bills.  I have been waiting for a response to my complaint since April.  If I have to have any more dealings with your customer service department, I can only hope to have a better experience.  With solar panels on our roof, I'm stuck with this company for a long while.

The customer contacted Sunrun due to damage done during install and debris left in the yard. Spoke to customer [redacted] and provided contact information and advised will be working with local service coordinator to resolve issue as quickly as possible.

The customer contacted Sunrun to complain that has issues contacting someone at Sunrun or getting a follow up call back. Have made multiply attempts to reach this customer but phone number is disconnected and no reply to the emails sent to customer.

occurred to prevent this from happening in the future. We are consistently making strides to improve service response time along with customer experience. It looks like a technician was able to resolve the system issue. During the time the system was down you will be protected by our performance guarantee.

The unit was repaired. however, it took 24 days to replace a fuse, when a sunrun service shop is only 3 blocks from our home. The technician that repaired the unit drove approx. 150 miles one way to our home. Very Very unbusiness like.

SunRun is denying and misrepresenting the facts. The system is not producing as designed. SunRun is using the production data during summer time which is peak production. Once you take the winter production data into account the system is failing to produce as designed. I offered SunRun a compromise to reduce the cost of the system to compensate for the lack of production. They instead opted to spend that money by referring my account to A.R.M collection agency. Instead of paying collection agency, they should have reduced the price by that amount. They opted for the hard way to deal with the situation.

We have been in contact with [redacted] after receiving the results from our design team on 01/18/2018. We were informed that our monitoring system indicates Solar System is producing at 111% of contract after October 2017 install (<3 months). The minimum system size for Colorado is 2.5 kW. In order to reach this system size, we must install at least (9) 290kW panels to reach 2610 kW. However, we cannot place (9)(290W) panels on the SE surface because it would exceed the [redacted] energy offset of 110% by producing a 117% offset. In sum, a minimum system size of 9x290W panels on the SE surface would be rejected by [redacted] as it exceeds the allowable offset. Thus, our designer used the NW surface, where we would be able to install the minimum 9 panels required for activation. Due to the lower efficiency of this surface, we needed 12 panels to reach the 95% offset for this surface. There is no action necessary for this project. Please inform the customer that it is producing better than expected and will produce even better come summer time. [redacted] called in and was transfer to the Specialist handling the case. She then explained what our design advised. [redacted] proceeded to  asked four times throughout the call why she has no credits on her utility bill and we explained the seasonality of solar, the relationship between her solar production vs usage. We also reviewed her offset, she refused explanation and demanded that we add panels and explained why we cannot per our design team’s findings. We also educated and explained savings are measured annually. [redacted] is calling PSE, her lawyer.

Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I do not want this case closed until after something has been resolved.  At this point in time nothing has changed, they are still referring to "trees", these are the same trees that have been there since the original installation over one year ago.  This problem has been occurring since the installation took place.  I appreciate that now they are looking into the problem, (only after I filed this complaint) however, until they do something to resolve the issue I am no better off and have spent $[redacted] for a product that does not do as promised.
I look forward to hearing from Angeline Romero who is handling this case at Sunrun to receive an update, as of today I have only had the initial contact.
I am very grateful for the assistance of Revdex.com, not sure where I would be without it.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  The local office has declined to make any repairs. They have agreed to remove and reset panels at no cost,  however will not make any repairs. I have requested a copy of the inspection report that was completed by Shaun C. at Helio Power on [redacted] 24, [redacted], however they have refused to provide any documentation advising why they are refusing to complete repairs.  During the inspection, we were advised the leaking in our roof was solar related and at that time,  the tech from Helio Power did some caulking around the panels in attempt to prevent any further damage while this was being resolved.  However, the local Sunrun representative Skylar, is advising that the leaks are not solar related.  I have requested a copy of the report that she is using to deny the claim. roofing contractor and environmental consultant weeks after the leak and mold growth werefirst reported and concluded that my home construction was to blame. Their reports are flawed in that they do not account for the industrial drying equipment that was running for 24/7 for weeks before their site visits. The facts are simple... my roof never leaked before they installed their system. The fact that it leaked right below their system and abandoned safety penetrations right after the rain storm of [redacted] should be sufficient proof in addition to the photo documentation I have showing the leak origin and the progression of mold growth. Sunrun on or about [redacted] conducted a site survey of my property and took many photographs from within my attic that clearly show no.pre-existing conditions. The customer contact Sunrun because the permits needed for solar can not be found by the local county. Spoke with customer to obtain the permits that are needed and working with our activation team to to resolve the issue and get needed documents over to the county.

After the inspection we were notified by SunRun of the highly restrictive requirements for roof repair in order to maintain our existing warranty, after noting it will cost in excess of $[redacted] to meet their demands we are requesting the roof repair be completed by SunRun at no cost as this is the only way we can meet SunRun's request and maintain the warranty on the panels. We have encountered more push back in this process with little movement to make things right. At this time it has rained twice since our initial request and created more damage to our home. The initial request was submitted in an effort to expedite the process, at this time SunRun has only sought to delay making this process work and therefore we are rejecting this offer and requesting that SunRun replace our roof in order to stop the damage occurring to our home due to their panels.
