Glass security door shattered by lawn mower.
On 04/12/19 at 9:15 am I heard a loud noise and found the glass security door shattered. Thompson Brothers was mowing the grass around the subdivision sign in front of my home at the time. The mower must have thrown a rock that hit the door and caused the glass to shatter. On 4/17/19 at 7:10 am I left a message asking some to contact me. On 04/22/19 at 11:42 am *** returned my call and said that he would talk with the person operating the mower. On 05/11/19 I purchased a new Security Door and installed it myself. On 06/18/19 I mailed a copy of the receipt to Thompson Brothers asking for reimbursement.
