I will accept these terms if the following issues are resolved:1) An additional light kit is installed to double the amount of light in the garage at no additional cost.2) The variable open and close speed is adjusted to a faster speed.3) A detailed warranty is given specifically stating the garage door opener and parts (to include the torsion spring that was installed) is covered under the warranty.  The current warranty I have in my possession does not state that the spring is covered under the warranty.4) Also, the Anytime Warranty states that in order for the warranty to become effective, a registration cards must be completed and sent in.  I did not receive a registration card to mail in.  Please provide a garage door opener warranty registration card.5) It also states that if a warranty call is made that there will be a service call charge and a labor charge.  What is the cost for these charges?  The warranty does not disclose the cost of these charges.Thank you,[redacted]

We are schedule to take care of the customer's concerns on Friday April 13th between 10-12. We are going to exchange the garage door opener to a motor that the customer prefers at no additional charge. The customer will pay us for the original service once this is completed.
