Hank and Jim are the greatest! We started with another pool company and soon afterwards found they were the wrong company for us. Thompson stepped in, took over the project, redesigned it so we got much more bang for the same buck, and completed the pool in about four months time -- exactly what they told us in the beginning. I had Thompson Pools and Spas chip out my old surface, install a sun shelf and new steps while also re-doing the interior surface. They were very professional, and kept to the schedule that Jim had put together. Hank and his crew are great.
