RE: Complaint ID [redacted]
Dear [redacted],
We are responding to the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com on 3/27/14, regarding our [redacted] branch of Regional Finance Corporation of South Carolina (Regional Finance). Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your concerns.
Regional Finance does not send out monthly statements. However, you should have received a confirmation letter regarding your cashed Convenience Check which would have provided the due date for your first payments and instructions for making a payment. Regional Finance also does not provide a receipt when payments are received by check in the mail as the cashed check provides acknowledgement of receipt by the branch. However, once you notified the branch that you wanted a receipt for your payments, they have been mailing receipts. At that time, you also provided an address change. if you have any address changes in the future, please notify the branch so that we may continue to provide receipts and any other correspondence that may be necessary.
[redacted], the Director of Internal Audit of Regional Management, has called on several occasions to try and speak to you about your complaints and concerns. She has already spoken with the branch personnel regarding your opinion of their customer service. As review and training, the branch manager has covered with the branch employees the importance of treating each customer with respect whether they are speaking with a customer over the phone or in person.
We truly hope that the explanation we have provided remedies any remaining concerns. Again, we thank you for the opportunity to respond to your concerns and resolve this matter. if you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me at (864)[redacted]. Thank you for doing business with Regional.
Sincerely

Re: Compliant ID: [redacted]
Verdana;">Dear Ms. [redacted]: Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com on March 23, 2015, against Regional Finance Corporation of South Carolina (“Regional”). According to your complaint, you opened a loan with Regional on 7/18/14, with the last payment due 10/18/15. You mentioned you paid your loan in full early, therefore you believe you may be owed some finance charge due to an early payout. Since the opening of your loan account in July 2014, Regional has received two payments. This caused your account to be in default, incurring late fees and legal charges, bringing your account balance to $2055.40. Your loan is a type of loan with a pre-computed interest, which follows the “Rule of 78s”, regarding interest calculation. In March 2015, you paid the loan account off in full, in the amount of $1882.23. Regional refunded $173.17, which included an interest refund of $131.98, plus unearned premiums for optional credit life, disability, property and unemployment insurance, selected at the time of the loan. We thank you for your business and for reaching out to us with your concerns. At Regional, we strive to provide useful, accessible, easily understood financial products that serve our customers’ evolving needs and support their long-term financialwellbeing. We believe that open and frequent communication with our customers is important. We encourage you to contact your local branch with any questions or concerns you may have in the future. It’s our goal to provide our customers with premier customer service and quality loan products. Sincerely, [redacted] Regulatory and Consumer Relations Manager Regional Finance Corporation of South Carolina

Please accept this letter as the response of Regional Finance Company of Oklahoma, LLC (“Regional”). At Regional, we truly value our customers’ satisfaction and will work toward the resolution of any issues. In your complaint you state that you paid off your loan, but the branch continued to contact you for $1.62, so you paid the small amount. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience experienced regarding this matter. You will receive no further contact in regards to this loan. Re: Complaint ID: [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted]:  11px; font-family: Verdana;">I am writing in response to the complaint that you filed with the Revdex.com (“Revdex.com”) dated November 5, 2016. Please accept this letter as the response of Regional Finance Corporation of South Carolina (“Regional”). At Regional, we truly value our customers’ satisfaction and will work toward the resolution of any issues. In your complaint you state that for two months you have been dropping off your payment along with a note indicating when Regional can expect to receive the following month’s payment. You explain that Regional violated your privacy by disclosing their company name to a third party while leaving you a message at your employer. You also state, that when calling the branch, the representatives refused to let you speak with a manager. You request to no longer be contacted by Regional. Regional regrets that we missed your most recent note indicating when to expect your next payment. When contacting a customer’s employer, it is Regional’s policy to disclose Regional’s name only if the third party taking the message requests the name of the company. We believe that if the company name was provided, then it was provided because the message taker requested to know who was calling. Additionally, a thorough investigation revealed no evidence to substantiate the allegation that the representatives refused to transfer you to a manager. Pursuant to your request, your account has been marked as “Do Not Call,” therefore, you will receive no further phone calls regarding this account. All future communication will be made via mail. If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me at (864) [redacted] or [redacted].com. Sincerely, [redacted] Regulatory and Consumer Relations Analyst

the Revdex.com (“Revdex.com”) dated May 5, 2016. Please accept this letter as the response of Regional Finance Corporation of Alabama (“Regional”). At Regional, we truly value our customers’ satisfaction and will work toward the resolution of any issues. In your complaint you state that Regional filed a small claims lawsuit against you because your account was past due. You explain that the branch agreed to drop the lawsuit if you brought the account current. You claim that you paid the loan in full but the judgment is still on your credit report. You reveal that the court stated Regional has not sent a satisfaction of judgment, but the branch promised you they would send the letter a couple of months ago. You request that Regional submit the appropriate documents to the court so the judgment can be dismissed. Enclosed is a copy of the satisfaction of judgment that was sent via certified mail to the court on May 17, 2016. Regional would like to apologize for any inconvenience experienced regarding this matter. If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at 864-[redacted] or complaints@[redacted]. Sincerely, [redacted] Regulatory and Consumer Relations Analyst
