I am still out 3 masks and 60 dollars.
I ordered 95.00 worth of face masks from Brave New Look. The phone number is phony. I emailed and received no reply. After a month of waiting, I filed a complaint of a fraudulent seller on PayPal. They responded that is could track my package at this web address. Two of the five masks I ordered arrived 6 weeks later. However, my order is marked "delivered" and I am still out 3 masks and 60 dollars.

I ordered face masks from Brave New Look. The phone # was bogus and after I disputed it with PayPal I came across this online tshirt site which then referred me to threadfully. Which now revo something is answering people's complaints! I'm sick and tired of the run around.

Review: I saw a t-shirt on Facebook "This Teacher Loves her Dallas Cowboys." I ordered an XL. When I received the shirt, it is so small it does not even fit my 10 year old niece. It is made from very cheap thin fabric too. I emailed [redacted] asking for a refund $30 or to replace the shirt with a correct sized XL. The rude response I received is that I should have read the size chart. They will refund shipping only. As I researched Threadfully on FB I found many complaints of the same nature. Women received children's shirts and Threadfully refuses to make things right. They do not have a phone number listed. The FB page Threadfully Yours is fed up with complaints for Threadfully and full of nasty comments intended for Threadfully. I want a full refund at this point. This is not a reputable company. I had no idea that they were scams.Desired Settlement: I would like my PayPal account to be credited $30 which is what I paid.

Review: I first contacted the company because it was December 8 and I had not received the t-shirt even though my credit card was charged on November 19. I received a reply saying my order was shipping that day by 2 day USPS shipment. It arrived with the wrong size. I emailed again and after threatening contacting Revdex.com, the email was a reply stating that I had contacted the wrong company, when I replied the their original email. I went back to Threadfully.com and used their online contact app. I have done so 3 times in this past week with no response. I either want the correct size or a refund. But if they will not respond, I don't know what else to do. My order number is [redacted]. Also there was no packing slip. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: Correct size or refund.

Review: I purchased MN Twins Tank top, the $30 payment came out of my bank account on 3/23/15 with the description as follows: SP * ONLINE SHIRTS [redacted] CA 03-22-15. I have yet to receive the shirt I ordered, and my bank can no longer dispute the charge since it is over 60 days old. I have called the phone # listed on my bank statement and left messages with no response. After doing some google searches, I found this is the company that I purchased the shirt from and they have several other complaints of the same nature. I never got any confirmation email or shipping information, was instructed when I made the purchase it would take 4-6 weeks. It has been 4 months and I still do not have this item.Desired Settlement: I would like the $30 back that I paid for the product that was never received.

Review: I ordered a shirt on August 12th, 2014 via their site threadfully.com and paid for my shirt using Paypal. My order number is 29717.

I was informed via email on September 8th, 2014 that my item was shipped with a USPS tracking label that was created on 8/29/2014. Tracking Number: [redacted]

Current USPS Status still shows as "Label Created in Los Angeles on 8/29/2014". I have not received my shirt.

Review: I placed an order with Threadfully on July 22nd, 2014. I received an emai* stating that my order would be shipped two weeks after the campaign ended. I received another email that my ship date would be around August 11th and that I would get another email letting me know when the shirt shipped and that I should receive the order 7-10 business days after that. Three weeks after not receiving an email I decided to email the company to find out where my order was. Kept getting an automated response saying that they would look into my order. Then on September 3rd I received an email saying that my shirt had been shipped and it gave me a tracking number for my order. I click the track order link and it says that my order is in pre-shipment and that a shipping label had been created on August 22nd in Los Angeles, CA. So I emaled Threadfully again on September 23rd and they rep*ied with my order had gotten lost in transit and that they are doing their best to track it down so they can send it ASAP. Nine days have passed since that last email and I have yet to have received anything from this company.Desired Settlement: I wou*d like my order to be delivered or either my credit card reimbursed or a cash refund for the full amount.

Review: I purchased a made to order shirt through a Facebook ad on Seahawks Fan Page. The company displays itself as Threadfully.com. At the time in Jan 2015 I purchased one Navy Blue Shirt in size 2XL. I typically wear XL and allowed for shrinkage. The order took time to get to me, but at least it did arrive. However, their sizing practices do not follow American sizing as my 9 yr old can wear the top and it fits perfectly. I would say it's a Youth size 12. I contacted the company via their support online help, now called [redacted] as there is no reference to Threadfully. I had to dig through many posts to find the actual page I placed the order through. Upon receiving the product the shirt came from Online Shirt Orders [redacted]. This must be their warehouse location and distribution center. I contacted [redacted] and they refused a refund. I contacted [redacted] and submitted a complaint to see if they can refund my $30.00. I also called my bank and canceled my card and submitted a complaint for refund. I feel their practices are dishonest and I see many people getting taken.

Also they did not hold up to their end of the deal: I contacted them at the website they gave and offered to return the product for a refund because they state in their return policy "Threadfully.com accepts returns and will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product if customers are disappointed with their order for any of the following reasons: The product itself is flawed; The quality of the printing is poor; Or if the final product is materially different than the design presented in the campaign."

The product is flawed in it's sizing!Desired Settlement: I would simply like a refund of $30.00 as I feel they did not hold up to their promise, but since they are not accredited I don't know if that will happen through the Revdex.com. This is a complaint for buyer beware.
