Review: I ordered a t-shirt from Threadfully.com on 7/22/14 and paid through my PayPal account. The seller business name is Fan Rock LLC and the payment was sent to the e-mail [email protected] received an order confirmation e-mail from [email protected] for order #[redacted] on 7/22. When I attempt to track that order on threadfully.com, the site gives me a USPS tracking number [redacted]. When I enter that tracking number on [redacted], the site only tells me that a shipping label was created in Los Angeles, CA 90015 on August 22, 2014. I have sent several e-mails to [email protected] this week. So far, no response. I would like to receive a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $28.00 I paid through PayPal.

Review: I ordered a t shirt from Threadfully on Nov. 9, 2014. Order: #[redacted]. I received my shirt and it is NOTHING like the photo which was displayed on Facebook. I ordered what I thought was a woman's fitted t shirt in light grey and received a cheap, men's Hanes t-shirt in dark grey. These people are charging $26 + shipping for extremely poor quality and misrepresented products. There is no phone number to contact, and I haven't gotten any responses to my email.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. Including the shipping. And if they want the t shirt back, they can have it. It hasn't been worn. But they will also be paying for the shipping for that.

Review: Merchandise / Credit Dispute against: Threadfully.com

I am disputing the merchandise transaction Reference #: [redacted] on 07/23/2014 with FAN ROCK LLC THREADSANDGEA CA for $184.60

On threadfully.com, I ordered 7 t-shirts (on July 23rd, 2014) for gifts and never received anything. I emailed the company (after never receiving anything) on 9/9/2014 with a notice of tracking my info here: http://threadfully.com/pages/track?order_id=[redacted] Threadfully.com response,

' If you do not receive your package within 45 days of purchase, please let us know!

Please allow 5-7 business days for our third party shipping partner (USPS) to update any information regarding delivery to our system. Also, keep in mind these are custom, made to order shirts and can take up to 2 weeks once the campaign has ended for our printing partners to complete a batch.'

Then, I sent Threadfully.com a notice on 09/19/2014 (59 days after the actual order) about sending me the merchandise within a day or two and received the following response:

'I am so sorry for any inconvenience. Upon further checking, it looks like that your order has gotten lost in transit during the mailing process and we are doing our best to track it down so that we can send it asap.

Please look into this matter. This is the following information that was given to me. Threadfully Order ID is: #[redacted]

As you can see on the (USPS.com) web site there is no location or destination of any kind of package. A package arrived at the mailing site (on Aug. 9th, 2014) but never delivered. I never received anything.Desired Settlement: Can the $184.60 amount be credited back to my account or a check be made back to me as soon as possible. Can someone please investigate this matter further because there is fraudulent activity going on with this company so called, Threadfully.com. Thanks for the help. Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: This was for a t-shirt that I ordered from a Facebook Ad. It is called "My Heart Belongs to Cincinnati Reds - Women's Premium Tee / L / Cardinal Red" and I have not received it, nor have I received any type of communication that it was recognized, on it way, a tracking number. Nothing. I want my money back $28.00 It looks like they have several names for their business, Teelily.com, onlineshirtorders.com and FunSportsGear.com - which now is really suspicious, I usually never order from anything like this and I will tell everyone I know not to order from them. They are putting up all kinds of ads on Facebook for tshirts and hoodies.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I have also filed a complaint through PayPal and I have not received any form of communication from this company that received my money.

Yes after so many attempts by myself, you and paypal and not one response from them, verbal or written to anyone. The shirt finally showed up out of the blue. This has got to be the most unorganized, terrible customer service company that I have ever seen. Numerous complaints on Facebook (where they advertise) were people never received their merchandise. But thank goodness I did get the shirt for my daughter. Thank you. Please mark this closed. I will never order anything from them or anyone else advertising on Facebook ever again.

I ordered a t-shirt through facebook and never recieved the order. It was immeditally deducted from my checking account and I cannot get in touch with them nor ever recieved confirmation that my shirt was being shipped. I paid $28.00 for the shirt. I feel this is a scam and I will never order anything off facebook again.

Review: I ordered two shirts from this company, totaling $56 on October 7th, and never received the product as of this date. I never received an email confirmation of the order either. The phone number for the company asks you to leave your name, number, and email. They never replied to me via email or phone. I have tried to contact them through [redacted], and [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded immediately.

I sent back the t-shirt I ordered because it was supposed to be a woman's large--looked more like a child's large. My mother also ordered the same shirt and sent hers back also. Neither one of us has been credited for the return. I have e-mailed the company several times asking for my refund. They never respond. There is no phone number to call them.
