We are aware that some customers may still need a refund or productWe are working with our new printer to get new shirts mailed and have been dealing with some chargebacks that made our account close to negative with paypal, hence causing some delays with some refundsHowever, we continually are providing refunds where needed and are 100% committed to making those customers that had issues wholeWe just may require a little extra additional time which is unfortunate of course We have been working hard at resolving past issues, including a reorganization and we are about to take on an investor and partner to help resolve these problems I can be contacted directly at [redacted] for any additional questions and follow up

First, let me apologize for the item not being in stock and then the delay in getting a refund. [redacted] was attempting to make the refund but paypal, as a security measure, was attempting to verify the account access by sending a text message to a phone number that he does...

not have access to. Unfortunately he was a bit too soft spoken about this issue and it didn't get run up the chain as it should have. We will make sure this does not happen again and the refund has been processed and you should have a confirmation email from paypal.
