Hi ~
We are contacting PayPal (our credit card processor) to see if they can do this for us since it has been more than 60 days. If they can not then we can send a money order to you directly if you send the address and name of the recipient for the money order.

We are very sorry you had a poor experience and have refunded the order via [redacted]. Please check your email for receipt. We are having issues with out third party printer and one of them is they decided to not print on certain items, one of which were the bottoms you ordered. This caused the order to get held up without notification on our end unfortunately. Again, our sincere apologies and we hope you have a great day.

I am rejecting this response because I have been promised this by thredstart before and have to received either. Unless they can provide a defined timeline for the refund and a tracking number of my order, I do not consider it a valid response.
Previous email from June 23rd from [redacted] promising both of these things is attached for reference.

We are aware that some customers may still need a refund or product. We are working with our new printer to get new shirts mailed and have been dealing with some chargebacks that made our account close to negative with paypal, hence causing some delays with some refunds. However, we continually are providing refunds where needed and are 100% committed to making those customers that had issues whole. We just may require a little extra additional time which is unfortunate of course.
 
We have been working hard at resolving past issues, including a reorganization and we are about to take on an investor and partner to help resolve these problems.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been for two months that I would get a refund and still haven't received it, so I'm afraid that if I accept this response, I'll just never receive my money back. I am VERY upset with this whole situation. As for refund, you can either paypal it to [redacted][email protected] or send it to [redacted] / [redacted] / [redacted], FL [redacted]. I'll accept when I actually see this money and it's not just "on the way" or "being processed."
The person that has been emailing me is [redacted] and he is awful, always giving me the run around on my refund. He just assured me last week that he would have it resolved by Monday. It's Tuesday and I still have no refund. Next, he'll tell me it'll be a few more days and then a few more days, and then more months will go by.

I am rejecting this response because:
I would like a full refund. I have been in contact with your company no less than 3 times since this complaint was filed. I continue to receive condescending emails that I will receive a refund the next day or the following Monday without resolve. I do not want a gift card or free item. I DO want a full refund to my Visa card.
