You are welcome to take the truck somewhere else to see if they can fix thisAfter spending hours on the motor cleaning it out we found mud inside the motorHoping that Cleaning it out would get rid of your smokeIt got rid of the smoke but you are burning a plug and you have a bad cylinder now It either needs a head job or a new motorThis is not under warranty but I can do it at my cost

Good morning, I'm sure everything on the contracts are nobody has ever pulled any of the old contracts to see what has happened and why we had to re-contract this customerProbably due to credit please have the customer come to the store I will pull the contracts and explain the deal
to him, we disclose all contracts to all customers so there should be no discrepancies at all.all of customers cash down has been applied properly to all ours customers So if the customer has A discrepancy, please bring it in and if they are right that money would go back to the customer, but I highly doubt The money was not applied to his car in years ago Thank you ,adam

Good morning, we understand the problems with this car and up to this point we have never used the warranty and have fixed every minor issue at our expense.this is an eight year old car and the warranty will be used this time, the part has been ordered it is a $job that has a $deductible and
we will charge $to the customer only.we were told by the wife that the car does not start we were told by the husband that it happened one timeit is a very minor issue and in the future the customer will need to expect that you will have issues on a used car in general.The warranty that was free is a day mile limited warranty on the engine, transmission and drive axle.if the customer would like the part put in please come to the store with a $deductible the part has already been ordered thank you.we go over and above to help all of our customers here at thrifty car sales getting yelled that over the phone does not help the situation.***

warranty on this vehicle.  After spending over 24 hours going through this motor clean everything out there is one cylinder that is not firing.  We are happy to help

The truck was smoking when it was sold to me I'm taking the truck in numerous of times all they've done is clean it we haven't replaced or attempted to fix anything had to fix my problem 7 months ago I still I would not have lost compression in cylinder 8 so I do not feel that I need to pay for broken truck to have it fixed and I prefer to have a different dealership fix it then them

We bought a used car from Thrifty Car Sales in Gilbert AZ. When we went to trade the car in several years later & we were shone a [redacted]. The car had structural damage from a previous owner/wreck. We were not made aware of it at the time of sale. The car is worthless, no resale value. I called Thrifty Car Sales & spoke with manager. Told him what they did was unethical & on verge of fraud. His attitude was "so did you call for a reason". I told him yes...to let him know we got screwed & I was making complaint to Revdex.com. He didn't care. Don't do business with Thrifty Car Sales!!
