We had our house exterior painted by Perry Wellington Painting and Decorating the last week of June this year We had a good experience with them start to finish, from the estimate through to the final job Everything was handled quickly and professionally, with easy communications, paint choice, colour consultations and even a second subcontractor called out by them to quote on a stucco repair when their first guy came in higher than they were happy with
Everything was completed within estimate and within the timeframe specified, and we were both very happy with their work and the clean up that followed Would certainly (and have!) recommend them to others looking to get painting work done, and we will use them again for jobs we cannot complete ourselves

Tom came out and quoted on a small inside job and the exterior I was impressed that he noted what really needed to be painted, and what did not need attention yet (i.etwo sides are looking quite good, as is trim, but other areas have a level of wear that needs address) His quote for both jobs was fair The exterior will be done in spring
The interior was done last week Tom was very accommodating when I said we needed a non-smoking painter (due to severe allergies) and when we changed to two colours from one (without any undue cost change) The painter, Boyd, arrived promptly and was very pleasant over the two days he was in the house - very respectful of our space, careful taping off of rooms and cleaning/prepping walls, cleaned up nicely The painting work itself was excellent There were a couple of small details that we pointed out and they promptly fixed them In addition, Boyd helped me hang a wall hanging in the stairwell that I could not do myself (for health reasons) It did not very take long, but it was so much appreciated!!!
I feel that Tom, Lloyd (who inspected the job), and Boyd all were very professional and very easy and warm to work with I am very glad we chose them (based on recommendation) and look forward to working with them in the spring
