For me, Tom provided an accurate estimate and also answered the numerous questions I had regarding paint quality, life span, warranty, estimated length of the work, etc. I found working with Tom to be very personable and he also worked hard to find solutions to fit our family's painting needs. We definitely will be utilizing his services again in the future.
The only issue we had from estimate to completion of work was delay in start time, however, this wasn't even related to the company's schedule, rather it was due to a very heavy rainfall during the days the work was supposed to start.
