We met with the customer and completed her project to satisfactionThe customer mentioned she has no other concerns

I hired BathPros in December, to install a bath to shower conversion The work was done (but is still not complete to date) in January, Once the shower was installed, I began to have problems with frozen pipes In the years I have owned (I am the original owner) the house I never experienced this problem I was told by Chris (company representative) to either run a space heater in the bathroom or leave my water running all winter to prevent frozen pipes Neither solution is at all acceptable to me I have made repeated calls to the company and have yet to have this issue resolved Since January, I have been living with a hole in my bathroom wall with an electrical plug and pipes exposed The installer said this is the best he could do without it costing me even more money I feel I should have been told by these "experts" that the possibility of frozen pipes could occur I might have made different decisions!

We are in communication with Mr [redacted] regarding parts we have ordered in an effort to make the shower door more water-tightCurrently we are awaiting a response as to when he is available to perform the serviceWe believe the complaint will be resolved when the service is completed

We have resolved [redacted] complaintWe realized that the first tub that was installed was measured incorrectlyWe reinstalled an entire new systemAttached is her completion form and its is signed that she is satisfied

We thank MsF [redacted] for contacting Tiger Bath regarding her concernsIt has been determined that the tub we installed is defective and we are replacing the tub under our warranty at no cost to the customerThe customer is aware that the ETA of the new tub is 7/and we will contact her to get her scheduled once the new product comes inWe thank MsF [redacted] for allowing us to resolve her concerns amicably

We spoke to the customer and she stated that all matters have been resolved and that as far as she is concerned all issues on her part have been resolved and that she paid us

I am rejecting this response because I have not physically received my refund of $300.00. I spoke with Gina on 12/14, which she stated we will receive our refund in
the mail in 7-business daysSince the response states that I have already received my refund, when in fact I have not, I am rejecting the responseUntil I receive my refund, I will finally accept the response from Tiger Bath SolutionsI have had an issue with miscommunication with this company, which is why I cannot fully trust their statements until this action (refund) takes place.

I just had a bath and shower done by Tiger Bath and I am very pleasedFrom the start they were honest about the process, and there were no "hidden" costs or surprises along the wayThe salesperson was outstandingThe installation team was professional and respectful of me and my homeThe end product surpassed my expectations, and I am very happy with my new bath and showerI highly recommend them

We spoke to Mr*** today and have promised to take disciplinary action with the adviser that visited him and his parents yesterdayThese actions described in the complaint are not accepted and will not be toleratedWe apologized and sent him a gift card for his inconvenience

Tiger Bath has completed Mr*** project to his satisfaction and also gave him more than a 20% off his total price

at first when are salesman came into our home he was very nice and friendlya few times I was surprised at how he treated my wife during his presentationdemanding her attentionafter his sales pitch and price quotes I explained me and my wife were not ready to make a decision and we would be in contact with himwell he didn't like that answerhe explained to me I didn't need any other quotes and I am stupid if I don't sign with him nowhe also told me that his today's price leaves with him and that if I call back I will pay an extra dollarsbasically trying to force me to buy his product right now or be punishedi explained again we will be in contact me and my wife have other things we are discussing and not making a decision right then and therehe rudly told me have a nice day off(was my day off of work) I said I will thank you as work has been busy I will enjoy itwell then he proceed to tell me I their is no such thing as being to busy and that I should be grateful to have a joband that is just being lazyi couldn't believe what I was hearingabsolutely ridiculous and unprofessionalnot only will I never use this company again for anything I will make sure everyone I know doesn'ttiger bath you should be embarrassed by who you employ to sell your productFast forward - my wife filed a Revdex.com report and now my wife was dealing with the manager, Tom *** - who was helpful to her at first He didn't like that we weren't buying his product and was screaming through the phone at her and telling her she was slandering their company because she didn't want to accept the bath at a lower price in Tom's way of trying to fix itOnce she told him she appreciated it but didn't want the bath his tune changedThese people want things their way or no way at all She was telling the truth and simply wanted an apology From the top all the way to the bottom these people are purely disrespectful
