I am rejecting this response because I have not physically received my refund of $300.00.
I spoke with Gina on 12/14, which she stated...
we will receive our refund in the mail in 7-10 business days. Since the response states that I have already received my refund, when in fact I have not, I am rejecting the response. Until I receive my refund, I will finally accept the response from Tiger Bath Solutions. I have had an issue with miscommunication with this company, which is why I cannot fully trust their statements until this action (refund) takes place.
Sincerely,

I chose Tiger Bath for a tub rear out and walk in shower a year and a half ago. Have been happy with the shower this whole tome, but recently noticed some cracks in the caulk seam at the bottom of the wall were it meets the floor pan. I called last week, was transferred to a voice mail, left a detailed message and haven't heard back, so I called back today, explained to a woman the problem, was told the caulk only has a 1 year warranty, and that they would charge to come out and fix it. After spending $5000 on this shower , I would think the whole thing would still be under warranty. Told her how I felt, end of conversation.

We thank Ms. F[redacted] for contacting Tiger Bath regarding her concerns. It has been determined that the tub we installed is defective and we are replacing the tub under our warranty at no cost to the customer. The customer is aware that the ETA of the new tub is 7/31 and we will contact her to get her...
scheduled once the new product comes in. We thank Ms. F[redacted] for allowing us to resolve her concerns amicably.
I had tiger bath install a walk in tub my husband and I felt could be therapeutic for the both of us. my husband had a stroke and right arm is immobile, they knew that and were aware of his situation and suggested this instead of a step in shower with seat. we went along with them and 2 water handles{hot and cold} were put in and another one to switch to shower spray. these handles when you sit in tub are so far from you they cannot be reached which when I even use the tub I cant and am not handicapped. after they tore apart the bathroom and tub was delivered it was too small for husband and a bigger one would have to b ordered. I went with it because my bathroom was all torn apart{should have not done that because now they said it would cost more} our savings was used up and now they will not answer calls or try to reconsider giving us a shower or anything to help. I have called and no one will help. when I do get someone I get the answer that they are working on it and ill get a call back days later im calling again. our savings has been drained{I don't work either because of epilepsy issues}. we are close to 70 yrs old and no one will help. they screwed us to put it bluntly and I feel they should do something if they want to keep in business. nobody should have to go thru this. I believe I am easy to get along with but these people over there just don't seem to be willing to do anything. I just wanted something that a disabled person could use. it cant be used by him or me at all. the seat is so slanted back when you sit in it its hard to keep steady. this company doesn't care at all about anybody .

Joe came to my husband and my house to get a quote on our bathroom. At first he was doing his salesman job, "trying" to be friendly and upbeat. He went through his routine and after a while of his presentation I had politely told him that we had a limited amount of time to get this done and if we could please finish up and get the quote (we already knew the product was good - price was the main factor due to our move soon). He told me "how can you buy if you're not educated" I told him that I understood the product from shopping around and listening to him. Instead of skipping through, he DEMANDED that I stop watching the TV and pay attention to his I Pad. In a VERY condescending manner and waving his hands at me like I was an infant he said "it'll be ok, aww you'll be alright .. oh you poor thing, you have to hear about a product you're interested in". I looked away even more after his ignorance. Finally. he finishes and gives us his quote of the "every day low price that is good for 1 year" of $8,000. (lol). Then suddenly, if we buy it today - it was roughly around $6,000. We told him we appreciated his time but he was our first quote and we would not be purchasing today. He told us that we were stupid for looking at other quotes and that that getting multiple quotes is a waste of our time and said "who does that anymore"laughing at us. My husband then told him "I'm like my deceased grandmother.. she couldn't make any big purchases unless she slept on it.. I guess I have her genes"... Joe, the Tiger Bath sales man said "Well... look how that worked out!" (referring to the fact that she has passed on.) At this point we have left the table and are no longer answering his questions so he gets the point to leave. He does get it - but it ignores the sign anyway. He then asks again how we are going to pay for it - I told him have no idea because we haven't decided if we want the product or not.. and we'd have to get back to him. Joe said "so you are telling me you're going to call me tomorrow and say hey Joe! I'm ready to sign and i'm happy to pay an extra $1,400.. you know you're not going to do that - so just sign now and save us both the hassle.. you save money, and I don't have to drive alllll the way back here". I again told him NO!!! and he said "well that's just plain stupid!". We asked them to leave at this point. Joe, the Tiger Bath employee than turned to the other guy he brought with that he was training and said "I guess we should let them be on their day off - who complains about being busy at work.. there are so many people without a job and he isn't grateful" laughing. Then he looks at us and said " I just can't believe how many LAZY people there are in the world. (funny, because before he turned into this monster he was telling us all about his days off!) Now at the doorway - the salesman says "so what if I was to tell you I could bring it down another $400, or $500? . NO! GET OUT!!! TWO HOURS OF THIS CRAP!!
t and a bunch of lies" - and "who do you think you are". He kept asking if I was going to accept the Revdex.com resolution and state that he tried to work things out with me so it wouldn't affect their A+ rating. I was ready to let it resolve until he was speaking to me the same exact way he swore his company is not representative of. I hung up on him and he just kept calling me back.
I filed a Revdex.com report against them and dealt with the manager there, Tom [redacted], who apologized and said he'd like to fix the situation by giving us the remodel at a better price. He claimed that the practices Joe, the salesman was using with us was not representative of their company and I accepted the apology and was ready to move on from it. I didn't want anything out of filing the report other than for that man to know he cannot speak to me that way. We thought about doing the remodel with them for a couple days and I called Tom back to tell him no thanks and we can just move on. Suddenly his tune changed and was yelling at me through the phone that I am "slandering his company" and that what I am doing is "b

I highly suggest not using them unless you enjoy being verbally abused.
We have resolved [redacted] complaint. We realized that the first tub that was installed was measured incorrectly. We reinstalled an entire new system. Attached is her completion form and its is signed that she is satisfied.
I hired BathPros in December, 2014 to install a bath to shower conversion. The work was done (but is still not complete to date) in January,2015. Once the shower was installed, I began to have problems with frozen pipes. In the 30 years I have owned (I am the original owner) the house I never experienced this problem. I was told by Chris (company representative) to either run a space heater in the bathroom or leave my water running all winter to prevent frozen pipes. Neither solution is at all acceptable to me. I have made repeated calls to the company and have yet to have this issue resolved. Since January, I have been living with a hole in my bathroom wall with an electrical plug and pipes exposed. The installer said this is the best he could do without it costing me even more money. I feel I should have been told by these "experts" that the possibility of frozen pipes could occur. I might have made different decisions!
We are in communication with Mr [redacted] regarding parts we have ordered in an effort to make the shower door more water-tight. Currently we are awaiting a response as to when he is available to perform the service. We believe the complaint will be resolved when the service is completed.
We met with the customer and completed her project to satisfaction. The customer mentioned she has no other concerns.
