We came out to do the agreed upon workAt the start of the project an issue (not associated with the original work) was discovered The issue was brought to the attention of the client with the recommendation of a corrective solution They directed us to proceed with the original plans (no variation) as agreed upon The project was completed The problem which the client mentioned in their complaint occurred which was a result of the issue that came to light at the beginning of the jobAlthough Tiger is admitting to no wrong doing but simply demonstrating an act of goodwill, we got together with the client and came to a mutually agreed upon solution

Had Tiger come out for a heater checkThey said there was a gas leak and turned off the gas to the heaterThey quoted me over $1,to repairI had two different contractors come out and checkNO GAS LEAK I also had them quote cleaning the air ducts-over $4,000! DO NOT USE TIGER

Tiger Plumbing is quite suprised to see this issue from Mrs [redacted] We forwarded her the requested invoice on May 18, After the invoice was sent to her, one of our Customer Service Representatives spoke with her regarding our pricingAt this time, we understood the customer was satisfied

They were very prompt in resolving our problem and the technician was very nice and friendly besides being very professional

After reading previous reviews of this company, I was hesitant but the company's offer of a hot water flush and inspection were provided by a friendly, informative and professional service memberJeff provided recommendations and costing information for various scenarios for which I was thankful However, there was no pressure and I can apply the suggested actions after taking time to evaluate and determine what are critical versus upgradeAgain, Jeff didn't pressure for action but was courteous in his recommendationsI paid the special offer's rate of $saving $and would recommend this service member/company since they did what they said they would do I agree their pricing might be a bit high for the actions but calling a plumber to fix something when it happens might be quite a bit higherThank you, Jeff

Contacted Tiger for an electrical issue I has having turned out to be a difficult problem to address...the company stuck with it until the problem was solvedThey also adjusted the price lower from the original quote Was very satisfied with the out come

I will no longer be using Tiger Plumbing I called them out to see why my water pressure was low The technician Jeff came out and automatically said my main water line needed to be replaced I also noticed that my water softener wasn't working properly and it was holding water I asked if that could be the problem and he said he didn't know much about sofeners and it was probably because of the water pressure He quoted me a price of about $10,dollars to replace the main line and some other problems he found The next day, I got a second opinion and they turned the water off to the softener and I had great water pressure They told me the softener needed to be replaced

During the cold weather the past few days, my water stopped working in my bathroomI called Tiger and they sent out [redacted] He promptly found the reason for my problem, frozen busted pipesHe quickly did the repair and got my bathroom runningWhile he was here , I asked him about a problem I had with my toilet and sink He showed me the problem and took the time to fix both problemHe showed me things I could do to help prevent the frozen pipes in the future, specific to my houseI really appreciated the down to earth attitude of the techI only gave stars for one reasonPriceI'm sure I could have got the job done cheaper, but he was there, could fix the problem, all of them, and he didn't have to leave to get partsIn the end, it sure was worth it for meThanks Tiger!

I recently had Tiger Plumbing repair the drains in a house that is years oldFirst, they sent a picture and names of the repairmenThey came when they said they would comeBrian and Justin explained everything that needed to be done, and told how the job would be doneThey estimated that it might take 2-days to completeSince they wanted to make sure that I wasn't without water for that amount of time, they worked until the job was complete in one dayChuck, Corey and Carl did an excellent jobThey were very professional and very friendlyThey made sure that I was satisfied with the completed jobI am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants professional excellent workmanship

These folks are plain shady...needed a 1/ [redacted] off valve replaced...first salesman came out and provided three options, two included installation of $2500+ filtering system, not needed Actual repair was $439...told I'd get an invoice emailed with breakdown of charges Invoice did not break down charges and seemed excessive for 1/worth of work***  to get information when [redacted] proceeded to tell me that I had also paid for a yr warranty(not mentioned in quote), overhead, gas for vehicles, etc...to justify over $in labor charges His solution...offer me a 1-yr club membership! Went down this road before but got tired of them finding issues every time they came out, just shady all around Stay away from them...use a licensed plumber and you'll pay less and get less runaround

We recently had a plumbing problem on a Sat evening (first one in years); called Tiger and they said they'd have someone right over -- and they did [redacted] quickly estimated the problem and discussed time and cost (very reasonable)We agreed and he fixed it and even gave suggestions about things to think about in the futureBest plumbing service ever; I'll definitely call them next time if I have a problem I'd ask for [redacted] and you should, too!

I have personally been in contact with the customer and have resolved all matters including an explanation of charges and an itemized statement of work that was done that includes labor cost of service and goodsIn additional, we confirmed discounts that was applied to the job and lastly spoke with the customer confirming everything was done to her satisfaction and the complaint was resolved and she stated yes

We fulfilled all our obligations per the contract that was proposedThe work in question to finish the floors was never agreed upon and the customer was aware of thatWe since, in an effort to resolve the matter, offered to render service to fix the floors at no additional charge but she declined The allegation of the company forging signatures on the loan paperwork is absolutely untrue and we take great offense that she would insinuate thatWe have been in communications with he loan company and it has been found all signatures on the loan paperwork are truly her signaturesFinally we have sent itemized statements on at least occasions that explain our warranties, products and services and it is broken down to great detail
