The company had a flash sale on January ***, They do excellent work, so I decided to order a few items, as well as take advantage of the sale It is the beginning of May, and I still do not have the items I ordered, nor do I have information on when the items will be sent I understand that people can get behind, especially when it is a small business, so I was very patient I was told to expect the items at the end of March That time has come and went After 1/months, my patience is wearing thin According to the website, the last update on my items was April ***, 2015, but I am not sure what was updated I have received no e-mail replies, there is no one answering the phone and until two weeks ago, there were no updates on their social media pages They finally created a social media post in which they thanked us for our patience My issue is not with the quality of work, or even the time it has taken, but with the lack of transparency since early February When I spend my hard earned money, I expect to receive updates about the progress of the items I ordered, even if that means it will come later than originally expected It is much better to clarify the situation, then to not tell us anything

I ordered a custom stacked tiki in May 2015 for $55. In June 2015 I received an email with a [redacted] tracking number that never worked. I have been emailing and calling Tikiman Store and have received no response. I filed a complaint with the Dept of Consumer Affairs, but ultimately they were unable to get in contact with this company and closed the complaint telling me that my only option would be to file a petition in small claims court. It is now Feb 2016 and I still have not received the tiki or a refund. I continue to email and call them regularly. Tikiman store has defrauded too many of us and that website is still up and functioning able to accept new orders everyday. There has to be more that can be done. Collectively maybe we all need to take tikiman to court.

 I was contacted by this company on 6/*/15 stating that I'd either have my jacket by 6/*/15 or a refund for double the purchase price by close of business on 6/*/15. Neither of those things took place. Today is 6/**/15 and I've not heard anything else from this company. They still have my money and my item.

I have always received good service from Tikiman and my packages on time. I haven't ever had a problem that couldn't be solved. Id also like to highlight that this business has been operational for several years and no one left a single positive or neutral review, but when things went bad for a short period of time several negative complaints were made and this is not an accurate depiction of Tikiman Store LLC.

Review: On 1/**/15 I, along with at least a hundred others participated in a flash sale that this company advertised on their [redacted] page. The sale was for the purchase of line jackets (most buyers are in fraternities/sororities) at a discounted price. Seeing as this though this sale probably resulted in many orders, I did not contact the company until February and was told that all orders placed during the flash sale would go out between 3/**-3/**. I waited until this time past without the delivery of my order before I emailed again. This time however, I received no response. I started emailing and calling to no avail. Their phone rang continuously and the voicemail was full, not allowing new messages. Countless people on their [redacted] page conversed about how no one had gotten their line jacket. It wasn't until a couple of weeks ago that they posted an update, saying how they were working diligently. I received an email late April saying that my jacket was on a "special list" to go out within a week. That week came and went and I never received a tracking number or the jacket itself. I emailed them again on 5/*/15 with no response other than the automated email they send out, confirming receipt of an email. I reached out again today (5/**/15) as well as called the number listed. Yet again, the mailbox is full. I do not believe that a company should be allowed to run a sale, collect money, and fail to deliver the product. I don't know whether they became overwhelmed or what happened that allowed this breakdown in service to occur, but the lack of professionalism shown in this situation needs to be addressed.Desired Settlement: Line jackets are typically twice what I paid this company so I want the product. I will never order again from them and will encourage others not to as well. Please help me secure the product that I ordered from this company.

Review: I placed an order about 6 weeks ago. The order today still said unfulfilled and not processed, but they charged me and I have not heard anything from the company. No response to emails or anything. And now I have seen other complaints from people stating the same thing.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded as soon as possible.

Ordered a tiki necklace on November **, 2015 and still haven't received my stuff. Everytime I call a lady comes on the answer machine saying the number has changed and gives a new number which is the same number I called . I think this was just a scam.

Review: In March I ordered something from there website. I was told my delivery would come in April and it is now July and I have not received the product I ordered. They are very unresponsive in updating me of the product through email or phone call. I want to know why I haven't received the product since it's been 3 months now or I want a full refund of about 70 dollars.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order

Review: I have order one custom piece 6 months ago and a shipping label was created in June. My merchandise has still not been processed for delivery since June. Tracking information just had the labeling being created no further update. The company does not answer nor do they return calls!Desired Settlement: I will like my merchandise to be delivered that I have spent my money on and a apology for this sorry customer service.

Review: I placed an order in April and never received it. The company stated that they were in the process of moving into a new building and that's why things were so slow. Review: I had purchased a product in January knowing that it will take a while. I have not received any updates on my product and no responses when I called both numbers I had found on the business's website.Desired Settlement: I would just want my refund.

Review: I placed an order with Tikiman over a month ago and have yet to receive my order or even receive a response to the 4 emails and 5 voicemails left. Yet my payment was taken. Although it seems they do beautiful work, doesn't seem like a good company to do business with. There is also evidence that they have pulled this same stunt with many others as per their [redacted] and [redacted] pages.Desired Settlement: $40 - the total including shipping and product service.

Review: My sorority, [redacted] placed an online order with the TikiMan Store and never received our order. I've been calling the company for over 4 months with no answer from phone calls or responses from emails. I have been patiently waiting to hear back from someone but no answer. We submitted an order for $100 for sorority line jackets.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund of $100 since we've never received our jackets that we paid for.

Review: I placed a order on Jan [redacted] 2016 (as a gift) that should have been delivered by the end of that month. Now it's Feb [redacted] and I still do not have my product and the order status has not been updated on the website. I've made 4 emails, 8 phone, and 3 Facebook attempts and I cannot make contact. Review: On January **, 2015, I purchased an item of clothing totaling $72.20 from this retailer via [redacted]. I never received the item despite multiple communication attempts. I have attempted to make contact with this vendor several times in the past eight months first regarding the delivery status of my order, then to request a refund. According to reviews on one of their social media pages, several other customers have had this same issue. This purchase was made during a "flash sale" when a regularly high priced item was on sale for a limited time. Although this has been known to be a reputable retailer in the past, this was one of the last activities made by the company and I believe the sale was a scam designed to acquire a large sum of money with no intention of ever delivering the products to buyers.Desired Settlement: This issue is no longer eligible for resolution via [redacted], however my hope is to simply receive a refund of $72.20 for the purchase that was made.

Review: I ordered from this company 2 months ago and they still have not provided me with any information about my product. I have tried emailing and got no response. I have tried calling and I got no response. Whenever I use the contact that they gave me, the inbox is always full so I can't leave a message. They have taken my money and has failed to produce any product or service. Needless to say I will never shop with them again.Desired Settlement: This company has exhibited an example of what is not acceptable in business. They have taken a lot of people's money and not responded to not one of us. I believe due to us waiting 2+months and with no responses to anyone. I believe that I should be refunded my money and still recurve the product.
