Review: I ordered a line jacket from a special they was promoting on January **, 2015. I received an e-mail confirming my payment and one confirming my approval of the jacket design on January **, 2015. According to there terms it could take 15-25 to receive the jacket. I have called numerous of times, sent e-mails with no response. It is June **, 2015 and I have yet to receive my jacket. I couldn't even wear my jacket to a probate. I had a friend order something from them and she got her items in less than a week. I am beyond upset I am irate.Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or my jacket with a discount accompanied and a letter acknowledging their lack of consideration to paying customers. My order number is [redacted]. I am highly upset. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service. I even tried to be patient and take in consideration that they was moving.

I ordered a custom stacked tiki in May 2015 for $55. In June 2015 I received an email with a [redacted] tracking number that never worked. I have been emailing and calling Tikiman Store and have received no response. I filed a complaint with the Dept of Consumer Affairs, but ultimately they were unable to get in contact with this company and closed the complaint telling me that my only option would be to file a petition in small claims court. It is now Feb 2016 and I still have not received the tiki or a refund. I continue to email and call them regularly. Tikiman store has defrauded too many of us and that website is still up and functioning able to accept new orders everyday. There has to be more that can be done. Collectively maybe we all need to take tikiman to court.

Review: I placed an order for 4 line jackets in January. Everything was finalized in February. The last time I spoke with them they told me that they moved stores and are behind on orders, orders will be shipped 3/**/15. Then the date changed to 3/**/15. Those dates have come and I have not heard anything since. I have tried to contact the store via phone and email but all communication has ceased. They do not answer phone calls nor emails. I have no idea what's going on with my products. I am more than upset that I have not received my items. I understand the moving situation but to completely stop communicating with customers is unacceptable. If you look on their I[redacted] or [redacted] page I am not the only person experiencing this issue.Desired Settlement: I would either like my items or a full refund

At this time, I have been contacted directly by TikiMan Store, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The company has contacted me but did not mention the complaint. They told me that my order would be shipped within 2 weeks, that deadline has came and went, I still do not have my merchandise, it still has not been shipped.

Review: I placed an order on the Tikiman Store website on 3/*/15 and realized I made a mistake with the shipping address when I saw the confirmation so I emailed the company right away to ask how to correct it. I received an automated message with contact information (phone and email). I called and emailed the next day with the correct information and also to inquire about my order. I did not get a response and the voicemail box to the only number available was and has been full since my first attempt. I tried to call a few times during business hours and did not get a response. I emailed again on 3/**/15 and 3/**/15 about my concern and wanting to speak to somebody about my order. I got an email from Tikiman Store on 3/**/15 in response to to my first email on 3/*/15 with the shipping address. I immediately emailed them back letting them know that I had tried since that email to contact them to cancel the order. I have since emailed 6 times asking for assistance and to get on the phone with someone and have not gotten any help. I received one email back on 3/**/15 saying sorry for the miscommunication and the delay in response, but not addressing my inquiry or my desire to cancel the order. I emailed back right away again and then got one final email saying that they do not do returns, which is not true based on their website. Then I emailed again asking to speak with someone and I have not heard from them since. I have also emailed since 3/**/15 to see if anyone will get in contact with me and just get on the phone and I have not gotten anything in return.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the merchandise. I received it on 3/**/15 and it is still in its original [redacted] packaging and has been unopened until this is resolved. Please let me know what else I can do to deal with this inquiry. Thank you in advance for your help.
