We interviewed at least 3 contractors to install a new septic system in preparation for a room addition. All were courteous and prompt. Only Tim Bennett gave estimates based not only on the septic system, but considered more specialized plumbing work needed in preparation for the addition. The others referred inside work to other contractors because they were not licensed to do inside work. Tim could do it all. We prevented countless future aggravations and expense by discussing details and working to an agreed plan. The work was performed in a most professional manner, and we’re sure we won’t look back wishing things had been done differently. We’re glad we worked with Tim Bennett.

Tim Bennett Plumbing replaced the water line from the main to my fathers house. The work was done quickly, cleanly and at a good price. I would highly recommend.

Tim Bennett Plumbing came highly recommend however, I found the work he performed on the installation of a sewage grinder pump basin was poorly completed. A leak developed approximately 20 months after the installation. After the system was dug up it was found the leak was due to the exiting pipe had sheared off at the basin exit point. 2 issues were found with the installation, 1. The basin was improperly back filled causing poor support for the exiting 2" pipe. 2. A large rock was place under the exiting 2" elbow causing the pressure point that sheared the pipe. Before I had another plumber dig and make the repair, I called Tim Bennett Pluming multiple times over 2 weeks to schedule a time for him to look at the issue of raw sewage bubbling up next to the basin and never received a return call. After providing Tim Bennett Plumbing with over $14,000.00 in the original business you would think you would receive a call back. I was not expecting Tim Bennett Plumbing to fix the issue for free. I just want the issue fixed and who better to do the repair than the plumper that installed the system in the first place. After contacting another plumper do the repair work the repairing plumber said the issue was caused by a bad install. If Tim Bennett Plumbing had done the repair I would not have found out about the original poor installation. If you have Tim Bennett Plumbing do any work make sure they follow code and proper manufacturer installation procedures. After the work is preformed do not expect Tim Bennett Plumbing to return your call if you have an issue.

Dear ***,
At the time of the construction of your house, I was contacted by your General Contractor requesting a bid for installation of a Sanitary Grinder Pump at the address above. At that time, I adjusted my bid to a lower cost because the General Contractor informed me that his electrician would do all electrical work associated with Grinder Pump installation. Later on, near the finish of your home, I was informed at the last minute that the electrician refused to hook up the Grinder Pump. At that time, we were on another job with a pressing closing date working beyond business hours to accommodate another customer that we were committed to. When I was informed of your time frame, I took it upon myself to bring in whatever necessary help that was needed to do your electricians job. When this was accomplished, I submitted a bill in the amount that I credited the original bid and your General Contractor refused to pay. At that time, I turned it over to our attorney for collection. I didn’t feel that this was necessary to burden you with these details. I declined putting a lien against your property for the amount due because you personally have been so good to work with.
Keeping in mind, others were on site during the grading & backfilling process. So, with that being said, all backfilling was NOT done by myself or representatives of my Company. I would have been happy to accommodate you with your current problem if I had not lost so much in the past from the actions of your General Contractor. Now I have discovered from the Revdex.com that my good intentions has gone unrecognized. Thank you for whatever you can do to correct these matters.
Sincerely
