reviewed this information for the following: [redacted].   On 10-3-2014: [redacted] (warranty company) notified Ultimate Comfort with [redacted] work order # [redacted] This work order stated: A/C (1UNIT) NOT COOLING **DO NOT COLLECT SV FEE**  TENANT [redacted] TENANT SAYS IF NO ANWSER. SOMEONE WILL BE HOME SO GO AHEAD AND SEND TECH. IF ANY REPAIRS NEED TO BE MADE CALL [redacted] (P/M) FROM HOME W/DIAGNOSIS AT [redacted]     On 10-6-2014 the above address was scheduled: One of my tech’s had found leaks on the condenser coil. The homeowner was notified of the status of the unit.   At this time of the findings, standard practice is to notify [redacted] (warranty company) [redacted] was given model and serial numbers for existing equipment. Based on the homeowner’s policy with [redacted], Equipment was order by [redacted].   On 10-13-2014, Equipment was received and installed. The installer completed the job and verified system working properly with no cooling issues at this time.   Additional notes:   No contact was made homeowner after installation with any cooling issues. Ultimate Comfort has a 60 day labor warranty The equipment will have a manufacture warranty Ultimate Comfort is not responsible for existing equipment previously installed by other companies. It is not uncommon to see mismatched Brands of equipment and also it is not uncommon to see a half ton sizing difference. This will not affect the operation of equipment.       Travis F[redacted] Ultimate Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning.

The price change was an over look on our part. I do apologize for the overlook. The menu board pricing has been fixed. Have tried to contact guest 11-20-16 at 11:38am and 11-21-16 at 1:41pm left message no answer and guest has not returned a call.

People, who live in the house, were waiting patiently during
many days for the company’s technician to arrive at once after my first call in
a middle of hot summer.
But nobody did attend the troubled AC system.
This company just ignored them.
Now we are all know, what does mean this name, the Ultimate Comfort
LLC.
I did not expect another answer from the company, which does  not care about its customers, the quality of its services and its reputation.

time and day [redacted] October 7:00 am.I check In our cctv it showing she bought $3.70 worth of item and she give to clark $20 bill than clark give to her one ten,one five,one one dollars bills and thirty cents.            if costumer like to check our cctv for that matter I have record  that.      if you need any further information regarding this matter you can contact me at ###-###-####. Prices has been updated.

Revdex.com called business to follow up on complaint and spoke to Matt E[redacted], owner, who said he counted the drawer at the time and it was not over. He also has video footage showing that the correct amount of change was given to the customer. The police felt he did not need to do anything further.

I am rejecting this response because:the pricing on the board is still incorrect.  It now states the price to be $1.49 which is not what they are charging.
