That was not stated on the phone callThey just do not want to pay for what their product didIn fact they have several customer complaints after I submitted mine that I saw where they have done the same thing to other customersTelling them to submit pictures and receipts and then retracting saying that there is no way there product can do thisWell there is always a first time for everything

Consumer did not follow label directions. She failed to perform a test spot in an inconspcuopus area as label directions state. In addition, consumer stated in initial phone call that she oversprayed by accident causing product to go on other garments in error

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the consumers concerns. Based on review of [redacted] contact of April 10, 2017 he purchased (3) AirWick Compact Freshmatics which have been discontinued since 2013.  He communicated that the batteries inside of all three units were corroded, and...

requested a refund for all three purchases at the time of his call ( $10.00 each is what he indicated he paid for the products) Also, he indicated that he would be contacting the Revdex.com. In the interest of goodwill, a representative offered $15.00 in coupons, which [redacted] declined.  We try to do all that we can for the consumers who use our products. Therefore, should [redacted] wish to send the (3) AirWick Compact Freshmatics back to us for investigation, we certainly will look into his complaint further.

This consumer had emailed us on 1/16/2017 regarding this issue.  We sent three emails to consumer on 1/18, 1/20 and 1/24 asking her to call us.    Since consumer emailied us initially, we respond to consumer in the same method they contacted us via. We will call the consumer...

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have provided the company with information that the company has already requested. The company is now requesting that I mail the sweatshirt that was damaged by their product to them. I was told that they will not be paying for the damages on my sweatshirt. They stated that their product couldn't have caused the damage to my sweatshirt because they do not use bleach. I am not willing to send them the damaged sweatshirt unless I receive a reimbursement for my sweatshirt. I do not use bleach nor can I as myself and my 7 year old son are allergic to bleach. After filing this claim and hearing the I'm formation that I was told by them not having this happen before.  I furthermore began to research and found through reviews that this same problem in fact has been brought to the company's attention before. Tbat it has been noted that the spray nozzels have leaked causing it to leak down the can onto a shirt causeing a bleach looking stain. I am very disappointed in which this is being handled by the company. I will definitely be considering another company for my cleaning supplies. I have been a long standing customer as has my family. If I am to send my sweatshirt to the company. I am requesting that I be giving  reimbursement for the sweatshirt I lost for the damaged caused by their product. I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I told them that I would email photos of the other 7 shirts that were ruined. They never provided me with an email. I can and will provide photos of the other 7 shirts. Again, I bought the product this way! I do not have bleach in my home. I understand that they feel they are not responsible, BUT I am surely not responsible. I bought THEIR product the way it was. Again, I would like to remind the manufacturer and the Revdex.com that their product is not "safety" sealed. There is no covering over the opening. Therefore, the manufacturer leaves itself open to tampering, either within their facilities or once it is sent out. IF they want to make sure this kind of thing does not happen in the future, they need to put a safety covering over the bottle opening, that way it will protect themselves from liability and also the consumer will know that it hasn't been tampered with. I will email photos of the other shirts. I still feel this company is liable and I want my refund. Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:No follow up has been made by this business to communicate with me on this matter. I have not received any communications from this business, either thru phone or email communications. The company's denial that items were not damaged by their Woolite Darks product is not acceptable. Neither is it in accordance with my experiences using this product. Numerous, repeated loads of laundry and a diverse array of fabrics have been consistently damaged using this product. The same items washed in the same washer using a different detergent produced no negative effects. Woolite's denial that any issue has been experienced and refusal to allow for the return and refund of their product is very poor business practice and unconscionably poor customer service.

I am rejecting this response because: the business needs to double the face value of my rebate.  Why it took a long time to send the check aNd how did they send it that got lost in the mail, was it in  inserted in the envelope or post card method? damage( bleaching ) as indicated in her email to us of 8/31/2017.  Therefore, to obtain more information [redacted] was reached out to via the phone number provided in her email on 8/31/2017.  Since there was no answer she was emailed on 8/31/2017 and asked to contact us directly at our toll-free number.   Due to [redacted] negative email response back to us regarding our request for her to contact us back directly, our representative continued to call her directly. Again, no success was made in speaking with her diretly, therefore, a message was left.[redacted] did contact us back via the phone on Sept 25, 2017. [redacted] was offered explanation as to what the causes of her experience may be related to, as again, the bleaching would not be attibuted to the usage of Woolite.  Coupons were offered and sent to her on 9/25/2017.  We will reach back out to [redacted] regarding this contact and offer to retrieve the articles of clothing and Woolite products for testing.  We do remain confident that her experience is not attributed to the usage of our Wooilte.
