We bought a house from Tim O'Brien and they have done a wonderful job. Everyone we have worked with has been great and you always get the sense that they are doing what is right for you and your needs and not what will cost you more. Our construction manager, [redacted] is the absolute best in the business. First, he is always cheerful and happy to talk to you. He is incredibly responsive and there is not one item I have brought to his attention that he doesn't already know about and has it on his to do list. He knows how to work with contractors and get them to do great work. He has been in the business for a long time, he loves what he does and it shows in the work product he manages. [redacted] the designer is amazing to work with. She is on top of the latest styles and trends but most importantly is respectful of the home owners style and taste and will help execute your vision flawlessly. On top of this, she is very accommodating and met with me and my wife on weekends for us to do our selections.
Lastly, [redacted] is a great resource. He was the sales agent we worked with and he was not only incredibly patient with us and always responsive but he was someone that you could bounce ideas and suggestions off of without being hussled. He never up sold me to up sell me. In fact, he suggested some things that saved us money. He was also always willing to meet with us and on several occasions went above and beyond what you would expect.
We moved into our house and everything has been great. Thank you to everyone at Tim O'Brien.

Very unprofessional no follow through from anyone at Tim O'Brien homes. I left several messages with no return calls. Had taken 4 months and still waiting to have a window fixed correctly.
