On 11/9/Progressive went to do a estimate on my car and [redacted] had given me a due date of 11/30/which was fine, because? I knew that would not burn my rental contract out at the timeOn 11/30/I was contacted by progressive which told me that tender car needed a little more time and then I was given a new due date of 12/06/From 12/6/Tender car has given me many excuses from there on out as to why my car was not doneI was given a loaner car on 12/7/which was a car that I did in fact drive for a while a Honda civic, which I was ok with until I found out the plates were expired and could not locate insurance on the vehicleI took the car back and [redacted] gave me a new temp plate which was in fact? ok but due to the weather the locks became a issueI returned the loaner car because I was going out of town for the weekend and could not take the vehicle because it was not reliableI was hoping when I got? back in town the car would be still available for me again.? But that was not the case I was forced to get a? rental car from Enterprise that? is going? to cost? hundreds of? dollars of my own money when I turn it back in the? total cost being? over dollars? so farThis has? really inconvenienced me? for the holidays, as I have a year old and can not afford to get? gifts at this moment because I am stuck paying a high? rental fee.? Every time I call Tender Car? I am given another due date which is forcing me to stay in a rental car and continue high costly feesSince 11/7/I have never been contacted with any updates on my carAs this has been a nightmare seeing that Christmas is here and I do not have any funds for Christmas nor New yearsI did run out of options as being patient and have decided to start contacting 3rd party Complaint settlers such as Katrina Kravy fox and Revdex.com and many more to come because this has been the worse thing this year between a Auto Accident and months without a vehicle.Thank you for your time and your concern ,

During the repair process we have encountered several areas of underlying damage not included on the original estimateThis requires a supplement process that needs to be submitted through the insurance company and takes time to approveRepairs cannot be continued until any supplemental damage has been inspected by the insurance company or they will not be covered by the insurance companyWe are doing everything we can to try and get this vehicle completed in a timely manner and if there is anything that we can do in the meantime please let me know and I will do my best to remedy the situation

Hi there I'm so sorry for all of the issuesI know we spoke in person and I explained that the insurance company did not approve the replacement of the air conditioning compressorWe have submitted a supplemental repair request to the insurance company to pay for replacing the air compressorIt does appear that it could have been damaged and is not working properly but it is up to the insurance company to approve and pay for that issueThe insurance company estimate that we followed did not call for replacement of the compressorThey only were willing to pay for the condenserI will try and get this resolved so the air conditioning is properly working and it does not cost anything to you the customerAgain I am sorry for all the issues but we should have them resolved very soon.?

.We did a starter on the car which had nothing to do with the overheating issueWe said that we would be more than willing to look at the overheating issue but it is not related to the starterThe oil change has nothing to do with the cooling systemThe issues this customer is experiencing have nothing to do with the repairs we completedWe said that we would be more than happy to look at the overheating issue no chargeThe issues described have nothing to do with any of the repairs we madeI have attached copies of the work we completed mechanicallyIn addition to that our loaner was stolen and we have yet to receive full reimbursement for the carWe would like to be paid for our loaner which was completely destroyedWe haven't asked for a dime for our destroyed loanerDespite all of this we offered to look at the overheating issue for free but the customer never brought the carAfter further looking into this situation we did everything we could for this customer The issues being complained about have nothing to do with our repairs plus we are out $6,for a loner the customer is responsible for and his insurance does not want to pay for

Revdex.com: Hello, There was no problem with car when given to you firm just a starter, whatever you did or lack of doing is the cause of my fault in my vehicle now, you did not even complete the past schedules with my vehicle in which my insurance company will testify because pictures are ta*** you were late giving me my vehicle back with parts not fastened back to there original post, but now your worker does not complete this request of a starter and oil change which the filter is part of the changeSo I want all of this fixed and full thank of gas or my money back and I will go elsewhere and file a suit, I don't understand how you hire your help but if they are not familiar with foreign vehicles they should not service them, there is still glass on my floor, this is ridiculous and unprofessional

I have made this offer for $to resolve an issue that we had nothing to do withI understand the rental car charges but we had absolutely nothing to do with the exhaust issuesWe fixed body parts on the carMy service manager diagnose the issue as a defective flex pipe in the exhaust system which had nothing to do with the repair we completedI am offering $which is a staggering amount remedy an issue we had nothing to do withI'm not willing to offer anything more than thatI think it is reasonable to request that the reviews are removed regarding the exhaust issue which is a wear and tear item on any vehicleThe flex pipe on the car his original to the manufacturing and the exhaust work was completed before we even touch the vehicledollars is a more than generous offer

I am sorry we did not make your completion timeIt is common for body shop jobs to get extended repeatedly due to additional damage being found during the repairWe also cannot control delay of additional parts or time the insurance company takes to review or approve our supplements (requests for
additional damage repair)Also there are parts delays that can happen during the repair outside of our controlI can review the sign in form and see what we agreed to payIf we agreed to pay $I can certainly refund the differenceI am sorry for the delaysI would very much like to make it right.
