Hi there I'm so sorry for all of the issuesI know we spoke in person and I explained that the insurance company did not approve the replacement of the air conditioning compressorWe have submitted a supplemental repair request to the insurance company to pay for replacing the air compressorIt
does appear that it could have been damaged and is not working properly but it is up to the insurance company to approve and pay for that issueThe insurance company estimate that we followed did not call for replacement of the compressorThey only were willing to pay for the condenserI will try and get this resolved so the air conditioning is properly working and it does not cost anything to you the customerAgain I am sorry for all the issues but we should have them resolved very soon.?

So what exactly can I do to make the situation right? If we installed Parts those parts can be removed and returned and we can put the old Parts back onIf your car needed a starter that would not be related to an overheating issue or a running issueIf you would like compensation for gas I would be happy to reimburse something

Today 4/20:First the manager promised to call me on Monday April to confirmthe car would be readyOn April 18, well as usual I didn't receive acall from the managerOn Tuesday April the rep left me a voicemailto let me know that the car will be ready on Friday April (fine Ididn't say anything, I figured what is two more days at this point).Wednesday April 18, the rep call to let me know my car should be readyby Friday April and today I get a call from the rep stating my carwill not be ready, and it should be ready sometime next week "maybeMonday April 23" and here I am still no carWhat can I do at thispoint?

I spoke with the customer yesterday and wanted clarification on where exactly to send the transaction and who to make the check out tooI did send out a check with some additional money for all the inconvenienceI sent out $yesterday and it should be received soon.?

I understand your frustration but the other option would be to leave the underlying damage and fix the vehicle as originally quoted? That could be dangerous and affect the value of the vehicleProbably 75% of collision repair jobs end up needing a supplement due to underlying damage that is impossible to see until the repair is startedThe insurance company then has us stop the repair until they verify our findingsThat would happen in the same way no matter where you went for repairsI know you need your car to make money and we have two guys fixing your vehicle as quickly as humanly possibleI would be happy to extend you a future credit of $for your lost income to cover any future maintenance or ? repairsPlease let me know how else I can fix this for youWe are fixing your car as quickly as we can and plan on having it ready by ? July 24, 2017   DE [redacted]   Dear Revdex.com and Yargo   This letter is a rebuttal to the decision by Yargo to keep money that I put down to secure the apartment at Timberlake in Avon, Ohio. I have receive my denial letter which indicates that I was denied the apartment because of unsatisfactory rental history. I have also received documentation from Yargo with the name and address of the reporting agency for my Lease Desk Score. I put a deposit of $125.00 to hold the apartment that I viewed. I have been asking for my refund and was told by Timberlake that my check was in the mail. I have not receive a refund to date. I am being told now that my deposit was held because I neglected to disclose information about my criminal background. I am disputing the fact that I did not hold information about my criminal history because I do not have one. I have requested and am requesting again a copy of the criminal history that is supposed to be in my record. I have signed multiply release of information for local, state and federal criminal history. I am on section 8 and I just received my annual criminal background which all came back clean. If it were not clean I would not be on section8 because I would not qualify. I am asking the Revdex.com to assist me in receiving my apartment holding fee that Timberlake apartments is attempting to take from my family. am responding to [redacted]’s complaint regarding Timberlake Apartments in Avon, Ohio. I have personally spoken to [redacted] on two different occasions regarding the Bed Bug Addendum. Timberlake Apartments required all residents to sign the addendum; [redacted] to my knowledge is the only resident that is unwilling to sign the addendum. Per the lease [redacted] signed, it clearly states, Landlord may make changes to House Rules and Regulations, which, In Landlords sole opinion, are necessary for the safe and/or efficient operation of the community, at any time by posting/notifying the residents of the community. Said change shall not be effective for thirty days after notification regardless of the term or renewal date of the lease. Numerous companies in our industry use the Bed Bug Addendum that we are asking [redacted] to sign.   [redacted] stated she received several notices because she refused to sign an income verification form. We are required by the State of Ohio and the IRS to verify income. Timberlake Townhomes is a Tax Credit Community and we operate under the guidelines of the Tax Credit program.
