First, *** is not on the loan, and we have not heard from these customers since Jan 1, Customer understood that First payment was due to the lender on their own…not us….1/5/2018, with Smart Pay set up for 1/08/when customer called to set up the program on 12/26/to take
advantage of the Smart Pay Program they requestedCustomer was aware that there would not be enough time to collect payments and get them to the lender since it was 12/26/and their first payment was due 1/5/This program is awesome, and when payments are done on time is amazing at helping credit scoreTell us why here

Customer purchased a great warranty at their requestThis is a Wrap warranty that upgrades the the manufacturer’s warranty from power train only, to fully comprehensive during and only during the power train warranty period of the manufacturerCustomer was aware of this at time of delivery,
signed all paperwork, received training at the time of delivery, and received a copy of all paper work to include full explanation of the warranty as explained and purchased by the customerWe are A Dealer For The People, changing lives every day, with thousands and thousands of happy customer every year.Tell us why here

Thank you for the informationAs a Dealer For The People and with Thousands of Happy customers every year, we have looked into these concernsIn this case the customer loved the car, signed off on all of the Test drive reports, and purchased an amazing award winning car…a Kia Forte with front
wheel drive, which is amazing on winter roadsThis customer should consider snow tires when driving in the winterAdditionally….the mechanics of the car are worry free and the customer has owned the car and the car was funded for the customer as the customer desired by the bank…outside of the hour like it or exchange it program

Thank you you for the concern….We did need to drive the car in attempt to recreate any potential problems to make sure all is wellHowever, we will reach out to this customer and gladly reimburse the cost of gas

There simply is no basis for a complaint here. The customer bought the perfect car for her and was very happy, thankful and excited during the process. She was offered an Auto Check like all our customers that shows, the car has no accidents. She also supported her wonderful experience and the fact...

The fact still remains that the paint still does not match indicating a repair. The front end doesn’t line up correctly to another piece it’s connected to. Still was pressured into a car I couldn’t afford. I didn’t post sanything online they did and that’s why it was taken down. I would like to return the vehicle and have the contract terminated.
