We were never told about the first payment on our own.  Nevertheless told the first payment was on the 5th. The smart pay was to be set up before we left the dealer is what we were told. When my husband went to the bank to get the loan transferred over none of the Smart pay was ever set up they also stated we were behind on payments which everything was supposed to get taken out of our checking and Green Bay Autofailed to do there job on there part.  Thankfully Credit Acceptance is being understanding with the situation.  And I feel it doesn’t matter if I am on the loan or not  it is not ok to not return calls or call them with questions and they hang up on a person.

We are sorry you feel that way…although it is inconsistent with the 5 star Google report you did post, and have since taken it down. Again, all customers have an opportunity for a free Auto Check form, we have one for every car we buy and sell…In this case we did not receive a request. You, like all consumers have and opportunity to get one on line at your leisure. The excellent car you bought has one of the highest ratings Auto Check provides and SCORES A 94.Tell us why here...

I was not excited during the process of purchasing the vehicle I was stressed to a near point of having an anxiety attack. I do not call giving a 5 star rating on google. The rating I did give was of the individual sales associate on paper and not google. A vehicle history report also was not given to me at time of purchase and also after I called and made 2 attempts to receive one. It is visible that there were repairs done and I was also not aware of it. The paint does not match up on the vehicle as well. I did not have all the paperwork and down payment for the Car and they still processed the paperwork for the sale.
