delivery address was, the receiver rejected it. [redacted] took approximately 4 months to reach out for a refund. This is another reason that I can not produce a tracking number from 4 months ago. He received his refund within 7 business day of reaching out to me. I am surprised he had gas money to go pick up the refund. Glad this is over with. [redacted] is [redacted] was picked up by [redacted] on 11/15/2017. A lesson to sellers that decide to sell to [redacted], make sure you ship it to his residence if he has one. Otherwise you will lose money on shipping and he will reach out to your sponsors and try. To destroy you on social media.

Great Service! Received my order in less than 48 hours! Ordered a set of custom wheels. They arrived packaged great, and exactly as ordered! Very professional! The owner even called me to make sure they arrived ok, and to make sure that I was happy with my purchase!

Review: placed order back in december was told it was on backorder they charged my credit card --after calling about every month and being told they were being shipped this week ,etc spoke with the owner matt on june 2nd he said they would be shipped out that week no shipment rec'd --sent email because he had given me his word they were to be shipped out because I had complained about being lied to all of this time I asked for my card to be refunded his reply email said it had been well long story short I do not have any merchandise that was ordered nor did I get a refund to my credit card -i called about every month and the last month or so every two weeks to evey week and have been lied to every single time by different sales personal all I wanted was my sons bike parts !!Desired Settlement: refund credit card or send the merchandise that was ordered--my credit card should not have been charged until the items shipped out -and I should not have to plead with someone to send an order if the items are not available customers can appreciate honesty

Review: I purchased a product from this business through their website, on 12/9. After not receiving item, I contacted seller by email and by phone. I was promised the item would be shipped out. Never was. Numerous emails and phone calls now go without any response. He billed my charge for the item on 12/9. I have contact my credit company, a dispute case has been opened with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded, I believe the credit card company will take care of this. I would also like to warn other customers to be aware of how terrible this company is to do business with.

Review: I placed an order on their website for a product that was not in stock. The company representative said that it was their fault and they would like to offer an alternative product. I did not find any other products that was a good fit for an alternative, so I asked for my money back. The representative stated that it would take 3-5 business days to process my refund. About 10 business days went by and no refund. I contacted the company again who also sent an e-mail promising a refund to be processed in 3-5 business days. It has been another 10 business days and no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card that was charged for the purchase that was not fulfilled to be credited immediately.

Review: I have two complaints one is I ordered a set of Bmx cranks on March 13,2014 I received no email conformation that my order was received. Then I called the next day 3 times no answer. Emailed 2 times no answer then I call the next day they answer telling me that they didn't get an order so I ordered again but then they said that the cranks are on back order until April 10, 2014 so I told them on the phone to cancel the order. I checked my bank and they took 174.99 two times from my bank making me

Negative 174.99. Then that same day I ordered a seat, sprocket and pegs. I never got tracking or anything for that. I called and emailed again and for a week no answer then on the 24th of march I got ahold of a guy named [redacted] he just now canceled the orders and I had to file a complaint with my bank. Then he gave me tracking a week later even though their website says shipped same day so I should have gotten tracking the 15th of March and delivered in 3 days. I still have not gotten my money and no order. They made no plans to fix this. I also was called a "ct" by one of their riders and they also said I could ride for the team but I would have to buy things first. They had horrible customer service, I don't have my order and I don't have my money.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the order I ordered of 125.00 and store credit of 175 dollars for putting my bank in the negative and having NSF fees charged because of them charging me two times. And me not being able to order what I need. And inconveniencing me and not having good customer service.
