Returned item for warranty repair, and although they have had my item for a month and a half I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to get back to me about the status of the repair I emailed my original contact twice I tried calling the phone number on their website, but get an error when trying to connect Called to get their number, but the only number they have seems to be a fax number I found the proper number on your website, and was able to get a hold of someone about a week and half ago I gave them my info and RMA# They told me they would have someone contact me, but I haven''t been contacted I today tried to call them to find out what's going on, but now I get a recording saying their offices will be shutdown until May 2, That's over a week from now, and they don't mention why they are shutdown Are they going out of business? I had a similar experience with Sportchalet a couple of month before they announced they were going out business This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with on getting any customer support :(

We purchased a drone from this company at a local [redacted] The drone is defective and requires repairIt has been flown twice by my husbandrotors seem defective and the product is not able to even get off the groundThis was a Christmas gift for my son and he is devastated that Santa would bring such a defective gift According to the Revdex.com, they have 100% negative reviews, many defective products, no return calls to the consumer with how to send the device in to be replaced...if they did respond to a consumer, the consumer sent the product back to the company and has not heard back from them at all This is a 100% scam I have placed a call twice and left a message and I have emailed them Their guarantee states that they will return all calls/emails within 1-business days It has been over a month The product is dollars, still under warranty We purchased one for my daughter as well so we spent over dollars on this company They should be put out of business

I purchased their Quadron Micro-cam drone in late The drone worked for a week and then unexpectedly stopped working Their Day Warranty states to call in or email their warranty department before sending the product back for repair/replacementI've left them two emails and haven't received a response I've also left them two voicemails and have yet to receive a responseI just left me 3rd voicemail I suspect they won't get back to me judging from their poor track record

I had a broken product they said they would replace it with in 2-3 months it has been 4 months and they still have not replaced it. when I call they tell me they will call back but do not. they do not respond to emails.

I have tried calling this company, and emailing the, with them never responding to any of my messages at all !
The item is Sold under the name brand, *** ***, but *** *** does not honer anything that is not directly sold in there store, or on there website so the told me very rudely
DGL Group has another number on there website, that is not listed in the owner's manual that came with their product
At that number they only have rude answering your phone number, that will not let you speak with a manager, or a supervisor at all
I purchased a fan from a *** store here in Arizona on, 11/15/that has a one year limited warranty on it, that this company is not honoring !
I have emailed them, and called them to many times and they do no give a dam about customer service at all
All I want is a replacement fan, or this one repaired

This company owns QuadronesI purchased a Quadrones I Sight that cost me $130, plus taxesUpon opening the box on Christmas DAY, we realized that one propeller was not operating and that the motor was uselessThis was a gift for a kid who I can't run out and spend that much money on another like it
I've emailed DGL because the Quadrones website won't let you send an email because their CAPTCHA program is useless and won't allow the sender to see what needs to be put in
I've called DGL and since they won't connect you to anyone and you have to go through their directory, I randomly chose last names and left a KIMBERLY PAT-SOMETHING a message regarding this issue
Since the retailer won't accept returns or exchanges on faulty items that have warranties, I'm stuck dealing with this and it's nonsense
At this moment, I've sent emails, emails that couldn't go through in addition to those 5, two phone calls, and hours of time online trying to get this rectified

The Call of Duty MG-Stunt Drone is new out of the box The lights do not come on when the battery is installed The battery has been charged and installed properly Have tried troubleshooting but not enough info to help Have tried contacting the company multiple times by e-mail and phone Cannot get any response

Received their hype hydro sound bluetooth speakers model number HY-BTH One of the speakers is broken and will not play music clearly, poor sound, cracks when being played, and no sound at lower volume settings (blown speaker) I contacted customer service (Monday Jan 9th) and was told I would be contacted by email or phone within hours I have waited hrs and was never contacted I called them again (Thurs Jan 12) and was told they will take my information again and wait hrs this time I asked to talked to a supervisor and was told "NO." After a week of no response there, I spent the next several weeks calling back to Donn

I returned my last hoverboard that I actually purchased for a repair or a replacement and I got my replacement today and it will not turn on and its fully charged I would like a refund cause I feel like you guys just scammed me out of my money
