Returned item for warranty repair, and although they have had my item for a month and a half I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to get back to me about the status of the repair I emailed my original contact twice I tried calling the phone number on their website, but get an error when trying to connect Called to get their number, but the only number they have seems to be a fax number I found the proper number on your website, and was able to get a hold of someone about a week and half ago I gave them my info and RMA# They told me they would have someone contact me, but I haven''t been contacted I today tried to call them to find out what's going on, but now I get a recording saying their offices will be shutdown until May 2, That's over a week from now, and they don't mention why they are shutdown Are they going out of business? I had a similar experience with Sportchalet a couple of month before they announced they were going out business
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with on getting any customer support :(

I bought a hoverboard for my son through ***, which after research, I found is owned by DGLI received the board in late JuneJuly 6th there was a recall on many boardsI looked into it a couple weeks later, and my board's model number and brand, Hype Roam, was part of the recallI knew it was too close to my son's birthday, so I started trying to contact Hoverboardxp, same address as DGL It took over a week to get any sort of response from themThey kept taking messages saying they couldn't connect me to someone who could actually help meFinally I was contacted by Arlene ***, she works for DGLShe was very short with me, I got frustrated nod said I wanted a refundI sent the board back, got confirmation it was received July 21stI still don't have my refund and it's August 7thI started calling again and started getting the runaround againCustomer service told me it's an interna system and they could only leave messages and couldn't connect me to anyone els

I purchased Hype Metal Pro bluetooth wireless earbuds with charging issuesI followed the instructions, got RMA number and sent it back to DGL Group under warrantyI wasn't happy to pay my own shippingThe replaced this earbuds set with another set of HY -earbuds in about two weeks but again this replacement could not be charged at allI tried for an hour, two or more hours on different occasions and the light was only blinking never completing any chargeSo I contacted their customer service via email again, explained the problem and this time they didn't even bother to respondI even sent another email to *** asking for help and no replyThis is still under warranty and they don't want to stand by their product

I purchased the Hoverboard XP, and it arrived missing cables that are needed to make it workI contacted this company several times, reported the issue, and was told someone would get back to me shortlyI never received a call back, or the status of the cables that I reported missing

When trying to call the customer service line for warranty and replacement I get no answers and continuesly get bumped back to the main page when waiting on a operator to pick upI have sent a email to the contact and company with no returns

I purchased a Hoverboard XP online, for my grandson's birthday, from *** ***; DGL Group is the manufacturer The cost was $ Within months the wheel became loose and it was not safe to ride There is a year warranty on the product I sent an email to DGL's customer service They sent me instructions to return the Hoverboard to DGL Group for repair or replacement I followed their instructions and shipped the Hoverboard to DGL Group on 1/9/via UPS and paid $insurance to ensure that it arrived at DGL Group Included with the Hoverboard was everything they asked me to provide I also emailed DGL Group with the tracking number as they requested Since 1/9/I have sent several emails to customer service & left several voice messages for the individual's name who was on the Cust Svc Return Form and haven't received any responses When you call DGL Group there is an option to hit "0" for an operator but no one ever answers It's surprising that DGL G

I bought a Hover Board Hover-and after a couple months the board would not re-calibrate and the left side would just go dead after using it for a couple seconds I took many videos of this and sent them a video on this and then they said it looks like a bad motherboard based off the video They then send me a RMA and I ship it off to them right away Now they say it is working fine which it was not working and I have videos to prove thatThey want me to pay $to get it back still not knowing if they fixed it or did not fix it because they say it was not broken It was broken, I am not an it and it is easy to see in videos I have that it was not working like it did brand new This sounds like a big scam to make me pay for their shipping I will continue to post my videos on every site and talk about this scam of a company if they do not fix my issues without charging me more money

My son received a Quadrone Pro-cam for Christmas and it does not work I have attempted to email and call the company from the information in the handbook, however, there has been no response I have called times and emailed at least I visited the website and tried to contact them through their online form it wouldn't go through, it just said, can't submit, try again later I called the company number and only received their answering service at 10:in the morning This is ridiculous The person at the answering service said they don't call anyone back and don't respond to emails Even their answering service knows they are a fraudulent company This is ridiculous!

Hello, I purchased a Hype Roam scooter from Veterans Canteen Services November 25th After three weeks my daughter scooter just stop charging and I was notified that I could not take the item back to the store to refund, but to call the number on the card that was with the hype roam scooterI called and spoke with someone and they said they will send me information in my email for further instructionsI waited for about a week and still there was no reply so I proceeded to call againThey did the same thing and told me that someone will be contacting me about the issueI have called over times and gave my information over and over again and no one has called or emailed me and it has been almost three monthsThey do not have a direct number where you can talk to a representative about defects with the scooterI have even sent or emails and still not one single response about my situationThe card say that there is an day warranty, but I have been trying to contact
