Hellowe are able to complete the task as per our service order agreement on tint removal we are open 9-9pm days a weekTint removal is 10am to 6pmThe service also has a tint cut out pattern that is the customers worth $this at no charge .please call [redacted] for appointment serviceWe also have a written signed agreement if needed we are able to mail it or screen shot as our scanner is not working at this timesorry for the inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because: this is untrue.he changed his story several timesWe did not demand our carHisworker told us he wa supposeto be off at due to other obligations (pick up his child and a wedding)He told us to continue it would take another 1/hours and we wouldn't get our car back that dayThis is a response and if he has not accepted responsibilityHe is making this about time and it's notIt's about that my car still has glue allover the windows that he was suppose to completeIt is then about the lack of professionalism and harassment received when telling him how unhappy we were with his businessHe's aggressive and lacks customer service and professionalismMy car is not an old car so I take pride in my vehicle and to have it returned to me in this condition is horrible.other

Found this company on-line they had the best prices and where located in kakaako near Office Depot Its been hot lately and I needed the ceramic tint ! Kanai gave me a $off and did the job flawless in hours.!!

I am rejecting this response because:The first thing the business needs to do is stop with the information of saying we were in a hurry to obtain the carThat's incorrect and not accepting responsibilityI do not want to do business with this companyMeaning I will not come there for anything because of the aggression from the businessIf I'm unable to receive a refund ($80.00) which is what I'm requesting, the business will have to mail the tint to me at my address.

Hello'Our tint removal service is as followswe do our service on first come first serve basis.If you have an appointment its for time to check in . We charge $20 and it takes minutes to remove if there is glue residue stays on an additional charge usually this
process will take hours if it takes longer we will cover the cost without notifying the customer only to let them know we need more time. our policy is not to charge more once we have started (only if theres additional service iepanels removals) We don't not use razors blades due to liability, but mainly a cleaner that is sprayed onto the windows then plastic bags applied over then let sit for a minimum of hour then repeat as necessary till the glue is soft enough this process is $.This cant be determined over the phone without FIRST looking at the film and car which means sight unseen we wont knowWE have use this process for years we explain and show videos before we get started and this is posted in our shop times explained times so there is no confusion, complaints and an service order is signedWe have bulk pricing (meaning your car will not be the only one worked on and due to high demand of customers that walk in without appointments .)Our hours are 9-9pm days a weekCustomer *** arrived at 9:55am we had done everything in our policy listed above this took minutes to explainAlso explained that theres is cars ahead and only customer needed there cars back asap the next where flexibleOur estimated time was to finish by if everything goes wellCustomer *** had called and at 2:and had been explained that car will be ready at 5-5:At 4:pm Customer *** had showed up and critic on the method that we where using to remove the tint customer *** thought that the plastic bag on the window was the tint customer *** demanded his car back now!! We will have to obey his command at our costTSH had minutes left tint was already pre cut Customer didn't want to wait and was showing sign of anger we had to finish as quickly as possible before customer *** temper escalatedcost to remove tint $80cost to reinstall tint $tint had to be dispose of

We offer a wide variety of films to meet everyones budget we explain all of the tints and why some are more expensive than othersWith Mr *** he insisted that he was on a budget and he had spent too much for his car and the $tint was sufficient enoughWe always give a
choice of tint and different packages which are posted on the wall times and a signed service order which also list the film twice Basic install comes with hr of service we sometimes go over an hour but usually we absorb that cost.According to Mr.*** sign service order we had only did what he had asked forWe also have that day of service on videoenclosed is his signed service orderPlease feel free to contact me if there are any failure furthermore I have a professional window tint service that was started in and I have made it a point never to comment or give criticism to another shop work performed for we are simply to busy and unethical

Although the customer only paid for tint removal and needed their car asap we have the tint we only hold on to the film for 30 days before we depose of it. The customer can have it at no additional charge.

I shopped around these guys where the best price for the lowest price did my Mazda for about $100 and done in less then a hour
