Hellowe are able to complete the task as per our service order agreement on tint removal we are open 9-9pm  7 days a week. Tint removal is 10am to 6pm. The service also has a tint cut out pattern that is the customers worth $80 this at no charge .please call [redacted] for appointment service. We also have a written signed agreement if needed we are able to mail it or screen shot as our scanner is not working at this time. sorry for the inconvenience

[redacted]TSH stand behinds there work although customer wanted there car back asap we did let them know that there are more than welcome to come back Job was abruptly stopped therefore we couldn't complete the service total job was for $180 only $80 was charged total hours worked was 5 hours there was and additional 3 hours at $85 @ that was not charged .furthermore..We believe that due to the fact that customer [redacted] is from the south they didn't understand our local accent as well as an IQ issue, looking back at the video it took 20 minute for customer to comprehend about our tint removal service. Normal time is 7 minutesCustomer [redacted] had also parked in lot that reads “NO PARKING” ($20 )our policy states that if a customer demands their car back they will have to pay for the houry service regardless if it is done or not.Service order also explains that service finish time is an estimate time.Employee has been victimize by this customer being unreasonable and feared for his safety he is suffering from a attack by another military customer who acted the same way. Which has left him with serve back problems. Employee opted to listen to customer and give him his car back. We are willing to clean up the tint removal. As far as the tint or film a pattern has been cut per customer car  on our plotter the initial day of service. Although the customer only paid for tint removal and needed their car asap we have the tint we only hold on to the film for 30 days before we depose of it. The customer can have it at no additional charge.
