2 orders placed, no refund or items
I placed an order in March and one in May, was told they were on “pre order” I sent an email in June and was told they were finally “in transit” to them. I still haven’t heard or received anything. I’m owed almost $100. hoping my bank will help me with this scam!

I ordered at the beginning of March. I've sent over 10 emails. No response at all. I want my money back seeing as how the items aren't coming at this point. Nearly 90 they've stolen from me. This is by far the worst customer service e experience I've ever had. No contact number and no response on emails. Can they not be shut down?

STILL NO REFUND
I placed an order on 03/08 and it still has not arrived. Reached out multiple times with my response. I just want my money back if I’m not going to receive the clothes. After seeing all the reviews it looks like this is a pattern and there is no way to call so I’m not sure how this ever gets resolved.

I put in my order over a month ago, and still have not received it. I contacted them multiple times with no reply. This "boutique" is apparentlya fraudulent company. Don't order from them.

Not responding to customer service. Order never received
I placed an order on March 27th. I still haven't received any updates on this order. It has not even shipped. I emailed customer service 3 times as of now and have yet to get a response.

Ordered Dec 23 was to arrive Feb still haven't got it they posted on page these outfits were late n finally arrived match 17 still haven't got em missed all three grandaughters bday Valentine's st pats n now Easter comments were shut off on the post n instant or email goes unanswered ..had a good thing going long long ago but not nomore must of made all the money she needed n now turned scammer

Never received my order
I placed an order on 2/26 and it still has not arrived. Reached out multiple times with my response. I just want my money back if I’m not going to receive the clothes. Still waiting
I placed my order on January 20th and have fully paid for said order via PayPal Pay in 4. I understand you all are behind due to Chinese New Year, but according to the VIP site on FB, I should have at least received a shipping date. All I have received is the confirmation from you all. I wanted the outfits for my little girl, but I guess that’s out the window. My order # is 180106 if by chance you read this. And before you so rudely answer that I didn’t read, I did and you clearly state 5 to 7 business days. It has been 8 damn weeks. Do better!

Very disappointed!!
Does anyone have a number for this business? I have sent and sent emails to them about my order that was placed on December 29,2021…I have commented on their TRB fb page several times too only for me to go back and look and it’s been deleted! And now it’s fixed where I can’t even comment on their page! Very disappointed and mad! I will never preset again for this Company!

HORRIBLE COMPANY
I ordered from them the first of Feb. Waited till the first of March before contacting them about my order, they tried to tell me not all my items were there. So I said mail what is before my granddaughter out grows them before you even send them. Then they tried to charge me another shipping fee for the items they didn't have. I've emailed SEVERAL times, barely get any response at all from them. Still waiting on my other 3 items and have now got no communication from them at all. They turned off all commenting and reviews on Facebook. Don't waste your money. I would give zero stars if they would take it on here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would
Ordered back at the beginning on January 2022 and here it is March 15th and I have yet to receive my order. I emailed about it like 5 times only to receive a reply when I got rude with my emails. They then marked the order as shipped however all they did was create a shipping label which notified me that it “shipped”. That was last week and there is still no update on It other than USPS is waiting for the package that probably doesn’t exist. They turn off all of their comment sections on social media so your voice cannot be heard. I really wish I read reviews before I wasted money on this shop. These moms should be ashamed of themselves. Do NOT shop here.

Order never received
Placed an order on 12/31/21. Got the confirmation email for my order. Funds were taken out of my bank account 3 days later. Here it is 2/4/22 and I still haven’t received an email stating shipment nor a response to the three emails I have sent requesting information regarding my order. Still no items. Not at all pleased. Do not recommend.

I placed an order on 1/3/2022 and as of today 1/19/2022 I still have not received my order nor has the status of my order been updated. I've emailed the company inquiring about my order but still haven't received a response. This is a SCAM!

Still have not gotten my order!!!!😡
Today makes 39 days since my order was confirmed, since they took my money out of the bank, and I still have not received my stuff! I ordered 4 outfits for my little girl. One of them was suppose to be her Christmas outfit for pictures but now I'm gonna have to go buy another if I can afford it😞
I have been told 3 different shipment dates, the lastest being November 29, but it still shows the shipping label was made November 24th but has not been shipped!
This is ridiculous and I am gonna report to BBB then be contacting a lawyer for legal advice.

No response
I ordered August 19th with turn around time about 5 days , shipped out August 25th , Its now September 2nd , tracking shows a label was made and thats it . I've tried to email and Facebook the company to no avil . Poor customer services, do not recommend.

Customer service will not respond
I placed 2 orders the same day. One came in and love everything in it, but I am still waiting on the second. I sent an email after the 5-7 business days, and never heard back. I have tried to contact through emails, messenger, and Facebook comments. No response to any. Hate the company chooses to ignore emails, because I love my first order and would have been a repeat customer

I am not able to change my review so I will just update. I did finally hear back by email from the company after I had contacted the BBB. I do completely understand if a company has just fallen behind or had their orders come in damaged. But I would have appreciated any kind of response sooner to let me know what was happening. I would update to a 3 star because everything has been extremely cute and good quality, but customer service lacks on responding.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TIMES, IF ANY AT ALL
I made 2 separate orders on the same day. The first order came in fine; however, the second order was lost by USPS. I contacted customer service and was told to contact USPS. I did. They told me to contact the seller to report a lost package. I emailed customer service again and waited a week. I then emailed them again and waited a week. Emailed them again yesterday, still no response. This is irritating! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN IF THEY ARE "JUST MOMMIES!" I am a mommy too and run a side business and work a full time job. That is not a valid excuse!

Paying for an order I never got!
I placed an order in November for Christmas. I had to email (and wait and wait) for a response. Finally they decided to send it out. It arrived well past Christmas to somewhere else but to me! I’ve contacted them via various outlets and it takes upwards of two weeks for a generic response telling me to contact the post office, with a disposition that it’s not their problem since it was shipped (incredibly late) and I didn’t receive it.

The post office has told me more than once that they, as the seller need to file a claim but they REFUSE!

I’ve order THOUSANDS of dollars in items from them and this is the first this has happened but the fact they just completely disregarded me and will not help and now I’m out over $100 when I lost my job due to the pandemic is AWFUL!
