I ordered on Feb 2 and they sent an email that it shipped in the 6th which was within their 3-5 business days to ship which would’ve been great. After entering the tracking number for 3 days nothing ever entered the USPS system. They had only created a label then left my package sitting there. I emailed them and received a response the next evening after they shipped it out at on the 10th at the last moment possible. I received my order on the 14th and the clothes are cute but there doesn’t seem to be any set size to them. Some are huge and others fit even though they’re all the same size. Shipping and waiting was a nightmare and wasn’t when they sent the email out that they shipped it which was unprofessional. If I had looked they had several complaints with BBB and I wouldn’t have ordered there.

Received order 12/23 paper said I’d be receiving my refund for an outfit that was out of stock, said send email if I hadn’t received it yet..sent email no response sent another email on Thursday and once again no response no refund!

Tabatha, when you place an order, it is imperative that you read the information on the order you are placingYou placed an order for a pre-order item This information is clearly posted all over our website and in bold lettering in the description of the item you orderedThis order was placed business days ago I have canceled and refunded this order

I have attempted to reach out to TRB with no response, seeking information on order #s 171957 & 16950. I love the clothes from the business but would like a response as to where my items are that I already paid for and purchased early November

Do not buy from this company. They take your money, never send items promptly, give you the run around when you try to conact them about your purchases if you can even reach them in the first place. Do not do business here. If you need other places to shop from please believe me there are better places with better customer service and quality clothing. If you need proof head over to the bbb website or group on fb about how many people have been ripped off or mislead by this so called "company". As for tiny ruffles, please know i'll be commenting on every single post passing the word around every platform possible until I get a refund. You should not even be in business and are a complete disgrace.

I need to write an update for my review now. I received my order today that I had purchased for my 2 girls. I am happy that I finally received my order but am disappointed that I had to go through so much to get it here. The clothes are very nice, good quality and my girls will look great in them. Thanks for getting them to me. Better late than never.

The purchase day was 7/ Our website very clearly states our shipping time framesI am very sorry that the customer chose to ignore every single page of our website they clearly states our shipping times as well as the shipping and returns page on our website but also very clearly states when orders will ship We do our very best to make it completely clear when orders will ship and unfortunately, we are not able to help if customers refuse to read the information that we have very clearly laid out for them on our website We will happily refund this customer :) SCAM is a very strong word to use when you can clearly see that your error in reading the information that has been provided to you is where the problem arose I encourage you to be sure to read information posted on websites when ordering online to avoid this with another company in the futureHave a fabulous week!

If I could give this company a 0 on a review I would do so! Placed my order October 31st. If you look on their site and any kind of info it says ships within 5-7 days! Haha haha that is a lie. They sent a tracking number for a label on day #8. Then I inquired about it and heard nothing back for a whole 7 days. Then the email I got back was literally what’s your order number which I sent back immediately. Still didn’t hear back from them for 3 more days in which I decided to try to get a refund also a total joke. The Facebook rep said oh this is the marketing department contact customer service. Excuse me I have tried 3 times to contact customer service in multiple ways. They then try to act as if they’re trying to justify every reason known to man as to why it hasn’t shipped in order to prevent me from getting a refund. Had to go all the way around them and go to my card issuer for a refund. Total scam. Don’t bother wasting your time. I wasted 15 days of my time running around because of these people. Please heed my warning folks.

Tracking is valid. We have been in business since 2014 and shipped close to 7000 orders just this week so not fraudulent. Thx

Yeah I’m sure you have been in business since 2014 the business of taking money from your customers for a product they never receive!

From order to delivery took 8 days! Super cute outfits for my grand daughters! I have already placed another order! I love Tiny Ruffles Boutique! Thank you!

Yes I placed a order on march 9, 2019 and I still haven't gotten my order. I've emailed twice and no response to my emails. I would really appreciate if somebody would email me back and let me know what's going on with my order. Your website clearly states that you need 14 days to send out my order it is way past 14 days. I really need the products that I purchased. They are for a birthday gift. Please can somebody tell me what's going on with my order.

I placed an order back on Jan 24th and still have yet to receive my order.
I have also sent out 3 emails to the customer service department and no response.
I will never order from this company again- very poor customer service and I will be sure to let all my mom friends know!
