As stated on our web site in three different locations including one in bold red text at check out " we ship out in five to ten business days"This order was received on 4-18-and shipped out on 4-28-this represents nine working days from time of orderThe order was received by this customer according to U.P.Srecords on 5-4-and released to the customer. Some times you have to put your trust in a company that has been in business for more than fifty five years and two generationsNote that the product was received on 5-4-evidenced by U.P.Strack number 1z9***490449 and this complaint of non receipt was filed on 5-9-

Some times it is better to let customers rob you than to let them think that it is the other way aroundThe customer stated "I ordered Memory foam and received Memory foam

Close to one million online customers now and thousands of hours spent retrieving tracking numbers for customers some of which demand a tracking number right now as they holdYes sometimes customers can be rude and unfriendly not knowing that I am the man in the middleI don't cut or ship the
foam myself and receive tracking numbers from my suppler a couple of days after the foam shippedSo to answer that question has my foam shipped yet is a hard oneEven so I will continue to help customers with their tracking numbersThis dose not mean that the foam will arrive any faster and it dose consume a lot of my timeMy supplier summed it up this way"We are not selling life or death prescription drugs here we are selling foam"

Finish the jobPlace the order as guaranteed, and behave professionally1) I can not place a order for a customer even if the customer did not place a order themselves as in this case.2) I do not and can not guarantee that I will place any order for any persons or company.3) I have been behaving
professionally for the past fifty seven years now.4) Lastly I would like you to know that you have not are not and will not be a customer of mine least you fined compassion towards other human beans some day

The customer did not read though the foam density chart to understand that the very soft Memory foam comes in five pound and the soft is three pound and the customer ordered soft not our faultThe customer said in the compliant that they received the Memory type foam and in the same sentence said
the foam was High ResilienceIf we sent the wrong foam we would re cut and send the foam ordered at no extra costWhen looking at the cut slip Memory foam is what was ordered and Memory foam is what was sent

the foam was High Resilience. If we sent the wrong foam we would re cut and send the foam ordered at no extra cost. When looking at the cut slip Memory foam is what was ordered and Memory foam is what was sent.
