I am rejecting this response because: This appears to be the online version of “bait and switch.” We ordered the 5 lb Memory foam. He shipped 3 lb foam (by whatever name he calls it) We expect to be reimbursed the difference.

foam myself and receive tracking numbers from my suppler a couple of days after the foam shipped. So to answer that question has my foam shipped yet is a hard one. Even so I will continue to help customers with their tracking numbers. This dose not mean that the foam will arrive any faster and it dose consume a lot of my time. My supplier summed it up this way. "We are not selling life or death prescription drugs here we are selling foam".
