Titan did not provide a written response to the Revdex.com but the consumer has notified us that they have received a refund check for $2175 and consider this complaint resolved.

This job was completed the week of November 24.

I had a roof put on my house August 2015 and have been trying to get a copy of my paperwork since that time. I have tried to contact Adrian and Patrick on the numbers I was given and neither number is in service. The subcontractors did a great job on my roof but the company was less than desirable to deal with and have refused to give me copies of the invoices for my records.

We paid him $575 up front in December 2014 and he never preformed the work. He has said for 3 months he will refund our money but hasn't. I had back surgery in September 2014. At my follow up appointment my doctor said sitting in the hot tub would help with my muscle pain. We had a hot tub that wasn't working so we hired [redacted] on December 30th 2014 to fix it. He said he needed money up front for parts so we paid him $575 (he deposited the check the next day, 12/31/14). My husband followed up with him two weeks later and he said he was still waiting for parts. My husband followed up with him the following week and he said the parts were in and he would come that week to fix the hot tub. When he didn't show my husband called him but his voice message said he was out sick. When we texted him the following week he said he was at his dads funeral but that he could come that saturday to do the work. When he didn't show we texted him again on Monday and he again said he was at his dads funeral and couldn't' deal with us at the time. We asked him to just give us the parts so we could find someone else to do the work. After leaving him voice messages with no return call, I texted him on Feb17, 2015 to let him know we would be filing small claims. On Feb 18th he said he would mail us a complete refund. I texted him again on Feb 20th and he texted back on Feb 21st saying he had actually mailed it on that day. I texted again on the 26th and he said he mailed it out that tuesday because it had come back with the wrong zip code. On March 6th I contacted a paralegal and she told me what my legal rights were but before we called the department of insurance and filed a Revdex.com complaint I wanted to give him one last chance. I texted him on March 6th and he texted back that evening. He told me then that he had actually never mailed the check and he didn't have the money but that he was trying to come up with it. I gave him until March 22nd to come up with the money. On March 23rd he texted me back and said he still did not have the money because the business he bought the parts from had gone out of business and he couldn't return them. I texted and told him just to give us the parts. He agreed but we haven't heard from him since. Desired SettlementI have the text messages stating he would refund us the money. At this point that is the only thing we will accept as settlement, $575. We do not trust that he would not bounce a check so it has to be cash or a cashiers check.

Review: TITAN Construction ([redacted]) came to my house and told me and my husband that it looked like we had wind damage to our roof and siding and that he felt he could get our insurance company to pay for it. We also showed him the dressing room in our upstairs bedroom that had a leakage problem which could develop into a health issue. He stated that it looked like we might have a mold issue and needed to get this repaired immediately. He was currently putting a roof on our neighbors house. We told him that we had [redacted]. We called our neighbor after their roof had been completed and they were pleased with the new roof and the workmanship of the workers. They were not happy because it told so long to get TITAN to complete the work after they had turned over their insurance check to them. Mr. [redacted] was able to get [redacted] to authorize fixing the ceiling and walls in the upstairs dressing room, a new roof and replace the siding on the upper front of our house. As we looked back we believe but have no proof that Mr. [redacted] actually pulled back our siding on the front of our house and also pulled off some of the shingles to make it look like wind damage. [redacted] issued us two checks which we signed over to TITAN Construction in the amount of $4,386.66 (to repair the upstairs dressing room) and $1,031.18 (to repair the upper siding) for a total of $5,417.84.Desired Settlement: The resolution we are requesting from TITAN Construction or [redacted] is a full refund of $5,417.84.

Review: We signed a contract with Titan construction and order supplies for the job over a year and a half ago. To this day, we have not received any service on our roof or communication from Titan. We have called and text both the rep([redacted]) and owner (Adrian) with no response. They collected our insurance check of over $5000 and never looked back. The roof is now in worse shape and have had damage done to the interior.Desired Settlement: Contact us back! We would like to be able to fix the situation with either the repair being done or refunding the money so we can afford to hire another company.

Review: I have been dealing w/Titan Construction since June 4th,2015, I needed a new roof, gutter alined, and have ceiling in bedroom and hall way painted because of leak from the roof. I gave Titan Construction a check for $1,750.79 from my Insurance company. I was told that my job would be done in a few weeks after giving the check to them. Well today is Oct. 8th,2015(4months) and none of the work has been done! Not only that I have more damages to my home because of the Titan Cont. has not done the work to my home as promised! My guest bedroom has a huge hole in ceiling and my gutter in the front of my house is messed up and now causing water to come into my front door when it rains. I have called and text and talk to the owner Adrienne Milan in person and he has told me that they are coming to my house to do the work and they never show up.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. So I can hire someone who can do the job now!

Response:

Adrianne stated the roof was completed 2 weeks ago, approximately.

Review: one of their representatives gave me an estimate. filed a claim to my insurance company for new roof. insurance approve to me the work would be done in the next week and that payment was due. I have called several phone #s for weeks. always goes to voice mail. I have asked for return call and nothing the 2nd number says he's still on vacation. I either want the money back and can get a copy of the check front and back from the insurance company if necessary, however I would prefer that the honor the commitment can put a new roof on my house as agreed upon.Desired Settlement: that they complete the job with putting a new roof correctly on my home

Review: TITAN Construction told me that it would take 6 weeks to finish my Addition now it is going on 10 months I can't get in touch with them and they wont do any work. And when it started they promise me I would get the best but all I have gotten is a room that is awful and a unfinished laundry Room, all they were worried about was MONEY so me not knowing I gave them MONEY and on the out side of my home is unfinished, And yet I have not seen no inspector. I have had to buy Materials that I gave them money to buy! And still all they did was lie to me the whole time. And all so the porch needs to be torn down and be redone and the roof they put on needs to be redone also. And the one that I talked to about the Job left and wouldn't do what he said he was going to do. This contract was started on 10/20/14 and it is now 07/15/15. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR ME!!Desired Settlement: Just give my money back or get someone that knows what they are doing and what had been done tear it down and start over!

Review: Titan construction initially set a completion date of the 16th of October for a single day project. Titan has failed to shown up without informing myself on two separate dates which they clearly stated work would begin. Titan has informed me that the materials for said project will arrive on multiple dates and upon those dates no materials have arrived. Currently titan has failed to return phone calls, for 5 business days, regarding the tardy materials and to reschedule a start date.Desired Settlement: Simply stated I would like work to be completed within a reasonable time frame or I would like funds returned so that I may enlist a contractor willing to perform the job.

Review: On July 20, 2O15, we signed an Authorization To Perform Services/Contingency Agreement with Titan Construction. We also gave them a check in the amount of $6200.00.

We have repeatedly requested the owner of Titan Construction, Adrian Titan (###-###-####), [redacted], (###-###-####), as well as [redacted], Marketing Director (###-###-####)to advise when our repair work would be done. In addition, we have a detailed estimate of repairs which includes architectural grade shingles with a 35 yr. old warranty. We have also requested evidence of liability insurance and workmen's compensation insurance but the owner said he only furnishes that for large jobs. I disagreed and said that we needed the evidence of insurance.

In Sept. they said they had finally ordered the materials and needed just a couple of days of dry weather and should be able to have the roof on in one day. It is now October 14, and we have not heard anything from them since before Sept. 19. We feel they put our "small" job at the bottom of list for some reason and it really is not right. They have had our money since July 20 and are just floating it to their advantage.

As we have 2 cars, we need to know ahead of time when they will be delivering the shingles so we can move the cars from the driveway. Every sunny day when we come home we look for the

shingles to be in the driveway, but no luck.

To date we have not received any of the above items and they do not respond to any of my phone calls The owners message box in fact states it is full.

We certainly would appreciate any help that you can give us in this matter.Desired Settlement: see Attached document

Review: Below is the letter I had sent certified to the company. The letter returned to me yesterday. Post Office can't find this President Adrien Milan. Never answers his phone. Never calls back. Nobody is ever in the office on [redacted] road. I believe this company is a scam. I have not receive my roof but they have my money in full. My next move is the police department. This man has stolen $5000 from my insurance company and my family.

Titan Construction

President Adrien Milan,

I’m sending this letter requesting Titan Construction to start and complete the roofing job correctly that I hired you to perform. Our business venture started on June 23 2015 where I signed over my insurance company check for the full amount to Titan Construction’s [redacted] in good faith. I was schedule to have the roof replaced in 6-8 weeks. On September 9, 2015 no work or call had been performed after 11 weeks. I placed a call. I was told in two weeks I would be scheduled. After 6 weeks I receive no call or work performed. I left messages on October 21 2015. I received no call back. October 22 2015 I visited Titan’s empty office but I was able contact you . You personally told me you’d call the next day with a scheduled date to start the roofing job. Once again I received no call back or work performed. I called and left messages on your voice mail and visited Titan’s empty office on October 28 2015 and November 03 2015. I still have not received any call back or work performed on my roof. At this point I will have paid in full and have waited just under 5 month’s for a roofing replacement job to have been done correctly. As of November 9, 2015 I have received no calls or replacement of my roof. My faith and confidence in Titan Construction has been lost.

At this time I’m giving Titan Construction the option to replace the roof or refund my money by November 23 2015. After this date I will be filing complaints with the Revdex.coms (Revdex.com), Roanoke County Police Department and the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR). I hope we can come to a good business conclusion before November 23 ,2015.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back !!! Nothing has been done.

We are negotiating supplement w insurance company after the holidays. He should be installed mid Jan or early feb. don't have install date yet until claim is supplemented and settled

I received your message. We checked with [redacted]. They have not received any call from Titan. This seems to be typical of this company. They will say anything to delay the work and never follow up. We have not received any phone calls from Titan. Right now, I don't want them doing the work on my roof. I don't trust them to do the job correctly. I would like my money back.

Review: In March of 2015 Titan Construction agreed to install a new roof on my house. Insurance check was issued to me and I forwarded the check to Titan so they could purchase materials. It is now September and still no new roof. I have called numerous times to find out what is the delay and Adrian.... assures me it will be installed "next week"; that's his continued phrase every time I speak with him. I think he may have already spent the money and I probably will never see my new roof. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM, EVER!Desired Settlement: Either install the roof or refund my money

Review: We decided that we need a new roof on our house. Saw a sign in a couple of yards in our neighborhood, advertising Titan Construction. We called them for price. They came by, talked about doing the roof, inspected it and said that it might last another year or two. We figured since we have earning capibities now, we might as well get it done while will not be a bad strain on the budget. He told us that we have some wind damage and he was going to see if our home owners insurance would pay for the job. He came back after a week or two and told us that insurance would not cover it. We ageed to have them do the job. They came out with a contract, on September 9th. told us that we needed to pay half up front, so we issued them a check in the amount of $2150.00 check number [redacted] dated 9/9/14.( This check cleared our account the same day.) We ordered the color and type of shingle that we wanted, and he left telling us that the shingles would be delivered on Friday at the latest and would be installed the first of the next week. (Friday was the 12 of Sept and the next week was the week of Sept 15th) He said: I would rather work with someone that is not using insurance because" I don't get paid until we get paid and insurance jobs are usually a long time in paying." No one showed up the next week, I called and spoke to [redacted]. He told me that they would be out later that week and do the job.. No call , no show.. I called him a second time and he told me that the company was going out of town to a wedding, they had been trying to get here, etc. another week went by, no call, no show. On Friday , October 5th, my wife called the office and asked them for [redacted]'s phone number, cause had gotten misplaced . Told the office that we were not happy about the delay and cold weather is coming on. Within 30 minutes, [redacted] returned call to [redacted] (my wife) She explained to him that cold weather is coming and the job needs to be done or we might as well just cancel it. He told her that he quaranteed that it would be completed by Friday, October 17th. She asked him at least twice for confirmation of the date. He told her that he was trying to get us on the schedule and they are so busy that we have been moved back. She then asked him why he didn't just tell us the truth at the beginning, would have saved a lot of trouble. Once again, he promised that it would be done by the 17th. She told him that once cold weather sets in, the shingles will not seal accurately. He told her that they would be OK at 40 - 50 degrees. NOT SO. Needs to be between 70 and 80 degrees for a good seal. ( used to do roofing) THEN, he called my cell number on Tuesday, the 7th of October, left a message telling me that I needed to call [redacted], the Installation Manager, at [redacted], and speak to HIM about getting on the schedule. I called [redacted] as soon as I got the message, had to leave a message and asked him to return my call. He didn't. I called him again on Wednesday the 8th, 3 times. Then I called [redacted] 3 times AND called the office 3 times. None of them ever returned my call, and have not returned the call yet. (been over 24 hours) In the last call I made yesterday, I told them that it would be best for both of us, to cancel the job, and return our money. cause does not look like it will be done before cold weather sets in. Plus told them that it should not be my job to schedule our job, it is their company and they should be the one to schedule it, not me. As of now, we are paying a bank loan, for the roof job, and do not have anything done, plus does not look like they have any intention of doing it in the near future.Desired Settlement: I am asking that you intervene and get them to please return our down payment. We will get another, reliable company, to do the job in the spring. At this time, we are not interested in doing business with people that are not dependable to return calls, say nothing of do the job. We have been lied to numerous times and therefore, have no confidence in Titan Construction.. ( one more thing. one of the neighbors that had a sign in their yard saying Titan Construction was going to replace their roof, have had the sign removed and their roof is not done . Do not know them personally, so have no idea why their job was stopped.

Review: Purchased a replacement roof from this vendor in Spring 2015. After much back and forth, the roof was replaced in late Summer 2015. I was told that upon payment, I would receive my 25 year roof warranty. As of today March 16, 2016. I have still not received my warranty although everything has been paid in full for more than 6 months. All phone numbers and contacts for this business seem to be unreachable. I want to get the manufacturer warranty that my contract said I would receive in case of any future issues with my roof.Desired Settlement: Send me manufacturer warranty that I was guaranteed and paid for.
