Review: Titan Con. has failed to replace the siding on my home in a timely manner. They have cashed the check provided to via my homeowners insurance claim. The check , for the amount of $5961.14, was issued to me approx. 10 Jun 2015 and signed over to Titan. I was told by their Rep that the check was needed prior to replacement of my siding. It was cleared by the bank approx. 20 June 2015. After several phone calls to the owner and the Rep. I was informed that the materials would be delivered week of 3 Aug 2015. No materials arrived. 2 1/2 months and no materials and no reply from the owner. The Rep. informed me that the owner schedules all material deliveries and work dates. I've had it with TITAN and informed both the owner and Rep that I want the check back.Desired Settlement: REFUND !!!!

Review: My name is [redacted] on June 6 2015 [redacted] was in my neighborhood for Titan Construction he spoke to my husband about a roof I wasn't at home at the time he came back on the following Monday to talk to both of us and do inspection of our roof. he helped us get approved by insurance company. And the insurance man from [redacted] came out to do inspection and estimate of cost to replaced [redacted] came back we sat down to go over what kind of roof and he said we would get a discount off of deductible for their advertising sign 250 off. [redacted] told us it would be about two weeks to a month to get on the schedule. the month of July 2015 was raining and so was August the whole time I was calling weekly with no contact from [redacted] then He called and told me that I needed to talk to Adrian Titan to get on the schedule I talked to Adrian Titan in October on the 15th or 16th and told me they were behind on jobs that I would be on the schedule for the first week of November that has come and gone in the mean time I paid them $1417.07 and I want my money returned to me I have no work done to my house. I talked to Adrian Titan and he was suppose to come to my house on Dec.5,2015 never showed never called at this point I just want my money returned to me.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned to me immediately and to be Done with Adrian Titan and [redacted].

Review: In October 2015, I paid IN FULL, for roof replacement on my home. To date, there has been NO WORK, no estimate of time or expected date of completion. I have tried on several numerous occasions to contact Titan, unfortunately all of the contact information I have is invalid. I have proof of payment, as well as a contract that states that the work will be doneDesired Settlement: I am increasingly concerned about the reputation of this business. I will be forwarding this over to my insurance company for further investigation. I do want a full refund for services NOT rendered.

Review: Owner of the company cashed my check 4 months ago to replace my roof gutters and insulation. He has made no effort to contact me regarding the work unless I contacted him first. He has lied multiple times, continues to lie, and seems to have a very hard time being realistic and telling the truth. I finally said I was not going to use him and he refuses to refund my money.Desired Settlement: I want an immediate refund so I can find another company to do the work. This company's owner has been caught in several lies, I do not trust him, and don't want him on my property. In addition I don't care to associate with him in any way in the future.
