We are currently in contact with the customer to help expedite her service issueWe have an email out to have her call to us back to schedule the completion of her concerns.Thank you for bringing this to our attention and this will get resolved very quickly

I want to love my home However the sinks and toilets are very cheap Whenever I looked at this lot model home I never thought to touch the items in question, not dreaming there was plastic everywhere I am so disappointed and will have to gradually replace them, not that I can afford it I also have a cracked window waiting to be replaced Still wanting to love it I must add my dealer couldn't have been more helpful

Titan Factory Direct has been in direct contact with the customer and has assisted them in getting in contact with the manufacturer of the home to take care of the warranty workAs we strive for complete customer satisfaction but there are some items that are out of our control and we can only assist withConstruction and warranty work are the responsibly of the building manufacturer, not the retailer (Titan Factory Direct)The attached document is signed at the time of closing informing customers that Titan is responsible for the installation of the home and all construction and warranty work is the responsibility of the manufacturer At this time the factory has contacted the customer and schedule a tech to review the issues and get them fixedThank you

On the following complaint the outside receptacles were fixed and resolved on Feb 1st, I have had his door on order and waiting for delievery of it The way we get parts i.ethe door is when the next delievery of a home comes to our lot I have a driver going to drive to our NC factory as soon as we get word that the door is in stock and there ETA on that is by Friday Feb 24th,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did see in the original message where we didn't contact the company 1stwhich is incorrectmy husband had called our sales guy a few months before we filed the complainthe told him about or roof and the situation and he instructed us to call insuranceI do have screen shot and can send them Regards, [redacted] ***

We have contacted the customer directly and the amount for the furniture has been paid directly to [redacted] to make up for the ventsOur Factory has contacted the customer and has a contractor scheduled for Tuesday August 5th to get the repairs made to the homeThe customer has been given the direct number to our Service Manager just in case any other issues ariseWe will maintain constant contact until everything is completed and the customer is happy

We have contacted the customer by phone and have resolved the issue. The customers refund was delayed due to weather conditions near our corporate office but we have tracked it down and as of today we have their refund in our office. I personally contacted [redacted] and made sure she was aware the... refund is in our office. I was told they are satisfied and will dismiss this dispute if their money is refunded today. It has been. Please contact me directly at 210- [redacted] if you have any other issues I need to address. Thank you.

As soon as we got this complaint we notified our factory to address the issue. The factory has called the customer and made an agreement to provide him with building materials to help with his current issues. At this point we are in good standing with this customer. Thank you for your... time.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: at the time of set up the manager at Titan said she would be sending roofers out to complete our roofshe told me it had been done, in which I have proof that they did notI have screen shots from text messages informing them that the mobile home is missing shinglesI understand the warranty, this is not a warranty issue this is an issue of Titan not completing the job they were suppose to originally complete at the time of set upmy contract states that the home is suppose to with stand certain wind zones and it wasn't even year that we started getting mold, and we have multiple leaks, again due to Titan not adding the appropriate shingleseverything could have been avoided had Titan sent roofers to finish adding shingles, which they did not doshe was made aware of the situation and yet did nothing, but yet told me everything was completedI have sent in my contract where it states that the mobile home is suppose to with stand wind zones Regards, [redacted] ***
