We have rescheduled for Thursday, March 8.

I want to love my home. However the sinks and toilets are very cheap. Whenever I looked at this lot model home I never thought to touch the items in question, not dreaming there was plastic everywhere. I am so disappointed and will have to gradually replace them, not that I can afford it. I also have a cracked window waiting to be replaced. Still wanting to love it. I must add my dealer couldn't have been more helpful.

Titan Factory Direct has been in direct contact with the customer and has assisted them in getting in contact with the manufacturer of the home to take care of the warranty work. As we strive for complete customer satisfaction but there are some items that are out of our control and we can only...

assist with. Construction and warranty work are the responsibly of the building manufacturer, not the retailer (Titan Factory Direct). The attached document is signed at the time of closing informing customers that Titan is responsible for the installation of the home and all construction and warranty work is the responsibility of the manufacturer. 
At this time the factory has contacted the customer and schedule a tech to review the issues and get them fixed. Thank you.

[redacted] the business is in the process of doing the work although it is not finished . I hear the parts and equipment has been ordered  but it has not arrived yet . I will keep  Revdex.com ADVISED TO  whether the process was completed or not .

 I am rejecting this response because: at the time of set up the manager at Titan said she would be sending roofers out to complete our roof. she told me it had been done, in which I have proof that they did not. I have screen shots from text messages informing them that the mobile home is missing shingles. I understand the warranty, this is not a warranty issue this is an issue of Titan not completing the job they were suppose to originally complete at the time of set up. my contract states that the home is suppose to with stand certain wind zones and it wasn't even 1 year that we started getting mold, and we have multiple leaks, again due to Titan not adding  the appropriate shingles. everything could have been avoided had Titan sent roofers to finish adding shingles, which they did not do. she was made aware of the situation and yet did nothing,  but yet told me everything was completed. I have sent in my contract where it states that the mobile home is suppose to with stand wind zones.

We have sent a service tech to the home of the [redacted]'s on Monday June 26th 2017,  They completed most of the current issues and has scheduled another date as of July 3rd 2017.  A team member from our corporate office has made contact with Mr. [redacted] about his concerns.  We are working...

Buying a Manufactured Home". When Ms. [redacted] gave us her deposit she initialed the item at the top of page 2 that explains that a retailer has up to 15 days to return a requested refund. Ms. [redacted] gave us a deposit in mid-July and requested a refund on August 8 when her financing was declined. We expedited her refund request and gave her a full refund on August 15, only 7 days later. Enclosed you will find a copy of her refund request and a copy of the refund check with her signature showing receipt of the check on August 15. Therefore we request that you close this complaint. I am rejecting this response because:I did see in the original message where we didn't contact the company 1st... which is incorrect. my husband had called our sales guy a few months before we filed the complaint... he told him about or roof and the situation and he instructed us to call insurance. I do have screen shot and can send them.

I would highly recommend that anyone who is considering purchasing a manufactured home from these people find someone else. I have absolutely no issue with living in mobile or manufactured homes, I am not too proud. But I am however not pleased as to how these people are. They are very good at selling things, but are NOT good at explaining what you will and will not get nor at helping fix issues with your home that come up literally the day you move in. Please do your homework. There are why too many willing competitors out there for anyone to have to put up with these crooks.
