My hot water heater went out on the friday I was to leave for the weekend Not good timing But I called Titan and they were able to send someone out in an hour John, our service man, was kind and respectful He put on covers for his shoes to make sure he didn't make a mess in my house He looked at the location as to where my tank was and gave me a standard estimate for the installation Due to the small area, he was able to make the new water heater work and changed the water and gas valves as they were old and corroded Within hours, I was on my road out of town John was great and I am extremely happy with the job they did at a fair price

Fast service, friendly and knowledgeable staff from the person answering the phone to the plumbers that came to the house Pricing is competitive They do charge $to come out to evaluate the problem and even if they repair it, the $is added to the bill Other companies I have worked with in the past have waived this fee if they perform the work However, they do have coupons on their website that more than offset this cost

On a Sunday afternoon, we called to report a leaking gallon water heater that required lots of towels to keep under control Titan was there for us first thing on Monday morning and had a new water heater installed and ready to go by noon The job was made tougher by the tight spot in the basement where the water heater was as well as a very tight winding staircase The old water heater came up and the new water heater came down with no damage to the walls in our finished basementTitan has become our new plumbers for all future needs We had two very friendly and patient contacts (Bob and John) I would recommend Titan to anyone with a plumbing issue (especially in an emergency)

We needed a new water heater asap, and Titan Plumbing made it easy and painless. They were here within the hour, explained everything, installed the water heater, cleaned up completely and left us with hot water! Very happy.

I had 3 Sloan Flushmate Toilet tanks replaced. John evaluated the situation on Tuesday, ordered the tanks and returned on Friday to install the new tanks along with Bob. They were both very courteous and completed the job within one hour. I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and expertise.

Saturday morning the sewer backed up in the basement. Called the Plumber that I usely use, he told me that he could not come out till Monday. Mind you we could not use the toilets or run any water in the house. Went went on the computer and looked up plumbers in the area. We called a few, some did not answer there phone, if they did they said they would call us back. We called Titan, the receptionist was very polite, explain the charges to us and told us that we can expect someone between noon and 3pm. Within forty minutes the technician John was at the door. He was polite, thorough, cleaned up the debris in the besement. I would recommend Titan to anyone who needs a plumber. As for the companies that were going to call us back. I am still waiting.

We will only call Titan Plumbing. We recently had a situation in our basement and the first thing I said, was to call Titan. No one likes finding water in their basement, but calling Titan will definitely take care of the problem with ease. We used them for a prior issue and the level of service and professionalism we received then led us to call again. We were not disappointed. The technician, John, called prior to his arrival and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional, pleasant and his work was efficient and top notch.

My experience with titan plumbing was exceptionally satisfying.

I would never recommend Titan Plumbing to anyone. There were 2 men who installed my new water heater. One was a supervisor. He was a complete jerk to his employee the whole time they were here. And when they were finally done they turned the water back on and they had left the kitchen sink on full blast. So when the air came through it blew something out in the sink and it lost pressure. First the supervisor tried to tell me there was nothing wrong. Then when they did a test it proved it was indeed broke. They promised to fix it and now 3 weeks later still nothing. Never again.

Bob [redacted] of Titan Plumbing gave me excellent service! He came on time, and did an excellent job of providing the repairs and new appliances I needed. And a plus, he was great with my dog! I will be glad to call Titan again with any future plumbing needs!

I had a totally clogged master bath toilet. I left my name and number on their website on a Sunday evening and within the hour I received a call from them. Plumber Bob came the next day and quickly took care of the problem. I had been wanting to replace the toilet with a higher, power flush model. Bob was very helpful and informative. He located exactly what I wanted, picked it up from the warehouse and installed the new toilet, all within two hours. I could not be happier. My husband is not well and Bob was very respectful of that and our need to have the bathroom functioning again safely.
I will recommend Titan without any reservations!
